Arrest in Restaurant Slaying

  • A man charged in the fatal shooting of a Cicero restaurant owner who was trying to protect his wife this week was ordered held without bail today.

Matthew A. Brown-Turner, 25, has been charged with murder and attempted armed robbery in the fatal shooting of Giovanni Donancricchia, 64, early Thursday morning. Brown-Turner, who court records show lives in Buffalo, N.Y., was ordered held today in a Cook County Bond Court hearing.
Buffalo? Of course, he also has arrests across the west side and seems to have been arrested in the ABLA homes in 012.

Nice work Cicero.

Sorry to the family that, once again, due to politicians and judges failing miserably to perform their jobs; the public was left unprotected from savage animals like this. (Concealed carry??? truth in sentencing???) The result is another innocent life taken by a senseless violent act by an animal who never contributed anything to society. Rot in hell you worthless piece of shit.

The mutt was turned in by someone. He admitted he was the shooter during a newscast. The person who heard this then went and called police.

Cant wait until concealed carry passes and citizens no longer become the victims of these ghetto thugs. If the city thinks they have a body count problem now just wait until victims fight back, this is what the city fears. They know it's going to get ugly. As a police officer I highly suggest all citizens to take the proper conceal carry classes, familiarize yourself with the law and no longer become a victim of violent crime. Our politicians, courts and judges refuse to punish the criminals with proper sentencing so you must take matters into your own hands.

Thanks to Gov Quinn Matthew needs not to worry about the death penalty. The public can continue to support him for another 30-40 years behind bars?

======

You believe wrong Mr. Low Information Voter. Ryan suspended use of the death penalty, Blago didn't do anything with it, Quinn signed legislation outlawing it in 2011.

You probably voted for Obama too based on your complete ignorance of politics.

------------------------------

Thank you for clarifying this as SO MANY "in-the-know" voters really DON'T KNOW what the facts are.

To all of those people - Wake the F' up and start watching the News more instead of turning on "Dancin' With the Stars" or the latest sports game.

So you can name the roster of this year's Cubs - BIG DEAL. Learn who the hell is voting for big issues that affect your life in this suck state.

Choices for Governor are starting to emerge - follow that and what they stand for.

Maybe this time you will vote Republican just to get someone different in there. Madigan? Daley? Quinn? Not much of a choice there.

As to the Cicero restaurant owner, justice is NOT sending his killer to life imprisonment. Justice is putting him to death - quickly and not in ten years.

Next case.

It's better to shoot first, but remember, the commies are waiting to "George Zimmerman" your ass the first time you shoot one of their honor students. But shoot first anyway. It'll put a smile on your face.

May George Ryan and Patrick Quinn both rot in hell for their parts in suspending and outlawing, respectively, the death penalty in Illinois.

If Illinois had sane gun laws to protect the law abiding members of society, perhaps the restaurant owner would be alive and at work today. Gutless cowards like the perp usually want to stick up unarmed folks. They do not want to face off against someone capable of defending themselves on equal terms.

Pat Quinn, Lisa Madigan and all of the gun grabbers have the blood of this innocent man on their politically correct hands.
