SOS Scandal Still Bubbling?
Rumor from the Federal Building that the highest ranking member implicated in the scandal stopped by to plead guilty to tax evasion. Anyone care to verify?

Who? Blake?
Formerly untouchable people getting a slap & tickle from the Fed?
Highest Ranking?? What are you talking about? Only Blue Shirts got in trouble for that whole thing
Getting a "free" motorcycle?
Gee... who could that be?
Tax Evasion? Really!
Chicago Police Scandals are unique, in that No Bosses get nailed. Apparently it did not seem odd that white coppers in uniform brought in more guns and dope than undercover minority officers! The bosses at SOS all took credit for the numbers, but never asked how it was done, and apparently were not around to supervise. If a P.O. goes down his supervisors should be held accountable. But in Chicago the Bosses are Political Hacks, so they go unpunished, the P.O.s are expendable.
NO SOL on tax evasion.
Old news .....Seriously tho....... Tax evasion has nothing to do with an SOS scandal that title is as bad a the Trib's or Times'. It has nothing to do with police work period. It was part of a small company he owned. They couldn't charge him with anything so in typical feeb fashion they look for anything and everything they can.
Somehow it's ok for politicians to not pay their taxes, plead ignorance, and get a break not ending up in jail. However the minute joe citizen makes a mistake, on an identical thing he is given no chance to fix it. Again a two tiered justice system muchike in the dept. this charge is not related to SOS or any of the total bullshit the feebs and the SA's office tried to run with. The SOS scandal was a flop. Over half the people roughly brought in were never charged criminally.
The only scandal that us going on is where all our pension money went and which crooks are responsible for taking it and forgiving debt.
The LT is now born again Christian doing lots of preaching. Usually a pretty good sign of guilt to me.
Its statute, there is no statue of limitations. Like its some shrine that all the lawyers pray to or something.
Who? Their Sergeant? J.E.?
How many years has it been ?

There is no statute of limitations for tax fraud. The IRS agents can go as far back as they want.

The big green thing in the harbor of New York is a statue.
What we use to determine charging is a STATUTE.
Remember 018th district tact LT Fisher. Took a plea and ratted out the Commander and 24 tact guys 19 witch got convicted and jailed.
That 'll make that sphincter pucker up!
Old news.... Fine only, no jail time.
will sos supervisors lose pension?

Evidently, you weren't paying attention. I can name three white shirts that lost their jobs over SOS.

I agree. Not that I condone at all one thing these guys in sos did think about this... If keith hererra or the 7 other guys who pled guilty would have never said a word nobody would have gone to jail and most likeley would all still have jobs. Not saying to not call out bad behavior or illegal things people do but I wonder if they are kicking themselves? If they would have done what every criminal does (shut their mouths) they may have beat the case... afterall, ghetto gangsters beat the case everyday in cook county by playing the system. remember, invoke your right to remain silent and let your attorney consult you. You have rights for a reason, to protect yourself from self incrimination and to let the legal process play itself out. if it comes trial time and you have NO other chance then do what you gotta do.

And 2 white shirts who were promoted after the scandal. The highest white shirt let a few sgts hang out to dry.
Jake is born again? Never saw a more nervous man. The hands shook like he had a gun to his head and the chain smoking was the worst ever. He must have consumed five packs a day. Glad he found religion. Guess it is never too late to get on the right side of the Lord.

I agree 100%
Losing their jobs is one thing. Being charged criminally or put in prison is another. There was no SOS scandal. Almost everyone who lost their job was railroaded. They threw those guys under the bus for bullshit. Two guys were caught robbing and stealing from shitheads. They were in prison. The end. Others guys/girls lost their jobs for bullshit rule violations that they made stick because the brass and media wanted heads to roll. They didn't lose their jobs for criminal activity. Total nonsense that ended up blowing up in the Asa's and US attorney's faces.
So this "scandal" was the only reason sos disbanded? Hahahaha.

Of course, aside from the two guys, no one did anything wrong. Today is Friday; big changes are coming.

railroaded????? no, home invasions and stealing money are not being railroaded. Lets not forget, Pratcsher and his partner ripped off money from jerry finnegan also. They all started ripping off money from eachother and black mailing eachother because it went too far and they all got greedy. Guess what, I was in 153 from 2003 till it got disbanded... if you are gonna sit here and tell me that there was no scandle then you are seriously delusional and are not in touch with reality. Remember how we got ALL those guns???? There is only so many times you can see a guy run into a house with a gun and then have a consent signed yada yada yada. its funny how many of those consents had door broken off hinges, houses destroyed and then the beautifully and airtight case report that followed... but the case report and arrest report really didnt matter did they? because nobody ever showed up for court because they knew they were bogus. no scandle... please, 95 percent of that unit including myself could have been indicted in one way or another. not saying everyone took money, because not everyone did at all but ALL the other stuff kid... but you keep saying all that stuff.. just as long as im makes you sleep better at night.
3 white shirts didn't lose jobs
