You are a typical goof. What all of this mayhem and violence means is that the animal never rests. This is what they do. We try our best but if they want to hurt someone, they will. Have a nice day living in your fantasy land Junior.
So, the Superintendent is right, weather does not affect crime.
WTF is going on with society? Punching and kicking Cops?...honestly, what's the hell has gone wrong with people.
I wouldn't even think of doing anything close to that to any Cop 'back then' or now. And neither would any of the people I grew up with, and some of them weren't exactly angels or choir boys (not Felon types but trouble sort of followed them).
Today I'm old enough to be most cops father but I still say Yes SIR or Yes Ma'am to any police officer I may have occasion talk to now. Dammit were is the RESPECT with these people; for the Uniform and star, badge, or shield that they represent. Or how about just some common f--king courtesy.
(To boot, these same miscreants will be the first ones screaming to the news, or a lawyer, about how police talk to or act with them. (grrrrr, friggen dickheads))

Uh O! Commander Maria 010 maybe in some federal hot water about some indirect quota mandates she's been issuing. Oops! Apparently FOX news national media picked up on a story with more to come that even though the quota may not be specific numbers given it can include mandated activity to reward officers with let's say no midnights. (Her recently increased 1st watch spots for next year) Which she has repeatedly stated in roll calls and CO book memo's. So if she is making officers stop more people just to stop them and improve on her numbers for these rewards (and the reward of her further promotion) she is violating some civil rights! Maybe 3rd watch won't end up being that short when she ends up in the Feds system.

Good thought, but will never happen. Putting a memo in a CO book about increasing activity is a far cry from a civil rights indictment. It would run downhill as usual and the po on the street will get in trouble for violating a citizens civil rights, not her

More ways to kill the homicide numbers. Seems that the Detective Division is killing crime. If a person is shot in 2004 and dies in 2013, now the homicide counts toward the 2004 numbers, not the year they died. Also if two groups of bangers shoot at each other and one banger dies. It's no longer a murder, they're going to make them justifiable. Justifiable's are not counted.

I guess when that ship sinks and the suck holes go down with it I can finally go back to turd watch with a clean conscious not violating anybody's rights and answering my jobs, and only stopping people that really have a reason to be stopped. (Her eyes a dog ass) It doesn't take a genius to figure out that with half the cars we used to have they are 10x more street stops than previous years. Some shenanigans must be going down.
Once again Supt. praised Commanders of 10 and 15 at Compstat for leading the city in Contact Cards. You all keep writing for them, I guess that's one way of getting rid of them, when they're promoted off of your backs.
You do understand that these idiots are leaving their neighborhood and lookig for any descent living quarters and neighborhoods to terrorize don't you. If you ever worked the street you would be aware that we find the most dirt and bad guts via steet stops. But more importantly, its our jobs to police. You are not doing any boss a favor by doing what you are paid to do.
