The Latest Miscast Issue

  • If you need a cop in an emergency, it routinely takes the city’s 911 center more than three times longer to dispatch a police car in some parts of the South Side than it does downtown and in much of the North Side, a Chicago Sun-Times analysis has found.

It takes the longest to dispatch officers in three South Side police districts: Grand Crossing, South Chicago and Calumet, according to a review of data for 911 calls involving the most serious crimes. Grand Crossing and South Chicago are in the city’s southeast corner. The Calumet district includes Roseland.

The Jefferson Park and Albany Park districts on the Northwest Side posted the quickest average dispatch times in 2011 and 2012, and again were among the five fastest in the city last year.

The findings mirror a 2010 Sun-Times review that found high-crime districts on the South Side and West Side were most likely to face a situation in which police weren’t available to respond to 911 calls.
And of course, we all know what the ACLU says:
  • Harvey Grossman, the ACLU’s legal director, said the data obtained by the newspaper “clearly establishes that the delays and inequities continue to the present.”
"...inequalities..." = "racism!" Anyone else tired of this bullshit? Yeah, that's what we figured.

You'll never guess where they want cops pulled from - 016, 017, 022. Districts where crime is low, but property crimes are on the rise due to fewer police. Brilliant!

And why should not police be pulled from low crime districts to be placed in high crime districts. Minor property crimes are just that, minor crimes, covered by insurance. If 911 response times take three times longer for districts composed of minorities and people of color, as opposed to those predominately white districts than it only stands to reason that there are more police and they respond quicker in the white districts,= institutional racism, and perhaps genocide. Minorities and those of color deserve equal policing and 911 response as do the whites. Our society demands equal outcome in all things and will settle for nothing less.

In 016 we were constantly being put into a RAP status by the dispatchers on Zone 1. So was this 'gaming the system' to hold down assignment times, which the south side Zones didn't do? In other words, the Scum Times is discussing apples versus oranges. The best source for the answer are the dispatchers themselves! All this really smacks of is 016 did more with less, so let's take away even more until it breaks. To the people who live in 016...you disproportionately pay the taxes to support this asymmetric assignment of police resources, demand your fair share of PO's and equipment! I say equal protection under law works both ways...

This will justify McCarthy gutting those districts just in time for killin' season.

No no no SCC!

The whole idea is to "make up" for past discrimination by punishing the few relatively low crime tax paying areas by taking what's left of THEIR police service and presence and gifting it to places like Englehood so the "Catered To Constituents" will vote for Rahm and his minions, thus insuring Rahm stays in power for another term.

Translation For You Simple-Minds:

Rahm has written-off the entire Northwest and Southwest sides to pander to Englewood, Austin, Grand Crossing etc...

That the Northwest and Soutwest sides are chock full of coppers, firemen, teachers is not lost on Rahm and his minions.

Rahm is saying:

"Fuck all of you... I'll take all of your Police protection from you and give it to the "Shit-Birds" you hate so much and leave you with nothing while the "Shit-Birds" roam YOUR neighborhoods breaking into YOUR houses while YOU'RE at work and your wives, children and elderly neighbors are defenseless."

Don't think for a second that Rahm Emanuel does not harbor such hatred in his blackened and mummified little heart.

You taxpayers exist by his pleasure in order to pay the freight... Stop expecting any return on your tax dollars or the fees and fines extracted from you.

Rahm would never screw the Catered to Constituents into the ground to recover any monies for any reason.

You tax paying suckers are here for that.

Maybe if we didn't have to respond to all the bullshit calls that continue non-stop and unabated every day in the G H E T T O response time to serious crimes wouldn't take as long. Calls like the grammar school jackasses fighting in school and after school, fighting between the asshole breeders of the jackass malcontents who fight in school, assist the asshole who wants to get his/her belongings, respond to the CTA disturbance with above mentioned asshole malcontents, mama or g'ma want the drunk put out and can't do it without the police, he/she disprec'in me, the fucked up state run housing shit-holes like Aunt Martha's and Lawrence Hall calling because the 3rd generation crack-head kid can't live without acting on impulse and emotion.

Calls like these tie up multiple units for hours on end, day in and day out. Everything in the G H E T TO O is a fucking emergency. News flash muthafuckas, it isn't and I could give 2 hot steaming piles of Rahm how long it takes to respond to these bullshit calls. No matter how many police you dump into the G H E T T O there will always be backlogs and raps.

This legislation further dictates that should the City or individual municipal entity fail to provide a sufficient annual contribution, the State will withhold its annual transfers of grant money to Chicago or the municipality. "...inequalities..." = "racism!",

No, No, No, WRONG AGAIN SCC. What was meant was that the people in these areas are pieces of shit that NEED police [more then a normal society]. They need police to solve everyday problems that come as second nature to most people. This is where the all to familiar term of 'from cradle to grave' started. It's not Racism they just are unable to live in a normal society like most. Thinking back I don't remember anyone from my school who arrived in the back of a police car, because they didn't want to go to school and their parent could not get them to go so they called the Police! So the inequalities are the social skills of those people who live in these ares that NEED the Police to run/control their lives, but there are just to many of them to handle!

A bit OT but SCC could you ask your readers their best waste of Police time. The dispatchers assign calls to so much BS, everyone have gone to a non-police matter. Let everyone know where their tax $$ go, but they need to list the district too. Then the news media can 'read all about it!' Because they sure as shit couldn't find this out on their own. . .but if they don't get the OK from City Hall they can't print it anyway

Those districts place 80% of their cars on "hot spots" and dont allow them to respond to calls. The cars just sit on one spot and don't move the entire shift. They need relief cars to go to the bathroom. There is a couple cars that have to respond to all the 911 calls. They are in a rap but the bosses won't free up the hotspot vehicles. That's why it takes so long for calls to be answered. Besides the district cars there are operation impact, vri, sat, gun, and geu cars working in those districts! There is not a shortage of police in the ghetto districts compared to the non-ghetto districts but a mismanagement of resources!

What needs to be done is base & compare the number of police personell according to the population of each district, then the ACLU will have to admitt what we have known all along, the black areas have astronomically higher rates of crime than the white and hispanic areas in the city. The ACLU demands more police in these sparsely populated ghettos, they will be the ones perpetuating and supporting race-based policing, destroying all their liberal bullshit and theroies for the past 4 decades.

Here is the problem....act like a civilized human being and there wont be crime issues. It isn't a racial issue as you would like to make it. It is just that "those of color" as YOU put it, act like animals whenever possible. It all starts at home, Mr Entitlement. Keep that in mind!!! What are YOU doing to keep "those of color" acting correctly. If you are not part of the solution, you are definitely part of the problem. Take responsibility!! But it is too easy to blame someone else.

The reason that the "whites" (your words) don't act like savages, most of the time, is because they have parents that actually give a shit about how their children act and are taking an interest in raising their children.

"Delays" and "Inequities?"

Only if you believe all neighborhoods generate police calls in similar numbers, which we all know is not true. Those that pay the most taxes use the services the least and then are penalized once again by being accused of getting better police and fire service than the ghetto dwellers because of "racism" and "Delays" and "Inequities"

Every police and firefighter and paramedic in the city knows that the ghetto dwellers generates all the calls and will call 911 for the most bullshit of reasons. Paramedics tell of calls at 300am to get money for a phone call, an aspirin, a ride, a stomach ache, a stinky head cheese "discharge" from a disgusting fat coochi.

You see a mope walking down the middle of a main street at 300am holding a golf club, the veteran cop knows he will flag down a police car if he sees it and gets the chance and will turn as soon as he sees such a person or else speeds by because invariably the zombie wants either a dollar, a light for a cigarette or a ride.

The Sun-Times Staff and the ACLU need to spend a couple of days a week over the course of 6 months or so riding in a squad car and they will learn and never spout that nonsense again.

OR..... maybe, just maybe in those so called "predominately" white districts, the people don't rob, rape or steal with such frequency as do the one's in the predominately black districts.

OR......maybe there are fewer calls in those "predominately" white districts of mamma wanting the police to come to her apartment because little pookie won't get out of bed to go to school.

I just wonder when I'm going to see a study of the nature of all the 911 calls in both types of districts. Because, let's face it, when you have a segment of the population that has EVERY one of there needs provided for by the government, they will constantly want and EXPECT more.

The number of calls for service is exponentially higher in these districts thus leaving less officers to respond. Why are there so many calls? Because the entitlement thinking in these areas, where they call the police because my 11 year is disrespecting me or refuses to go to school. But by all means put a racial slant on this and of course never ever look at the true causes. This type of journalistic irresponsibility and sensationalism for the sake of profit is exactly why the local media is such a joke. I am still trying to figure out why the local media panders to the parasites of society. All I know is that I am leaving this city and state the first second that I can. Leave it for them, but when all the working people leave, who is going to support all the entitlement programs?

We don't need police in areas where there are property crimes because the white man's evil insurance will pay for it. We need police in areas where their masters tell them that they are victims and that the government will do everything for them as long as they keep voting for socialists.

So keep on breeding single mom kids and take no responsibility for anything, at any time. Sling dope and reject education, expert for those conditioning classes in minority studies and community organizing. Pathetic fool.

Detroit: Fatal Self-defense Shootings Up, Crime Down

[...].. The confrontation led to a fight, during which the homeowner drew his sidearm in self-defense and killed both attackers. This brings to 10 the number of fatal self-defense shootings in Detroit so far this year, which could certainly exceed the total of 25 recorded in the city for 2012, the latest year for which data are available.

Meanwhile, as justifiable homicides are on the rise in Detroit, violent crime correspondingly continues to decline — just as new Police Chief James Craig noted back in January. At a press conference following the most recent self-defense shooting, he stated:

It does appear that more and more Detroiters are becoming empowered. More and more Detroiters are getting sick of the violence. I know of no other place where I’ve see this number of justifiable homicides.

People who are faced with a dangerous situation are taking matters into their own hands. We’re not advocating violence; we’re advocates of not being victims. We’re advocates of self-protection. We want people to be safe.

This should be a message to those who continue to perpetuate violence on Detroiters that enough is enough.... Detroiters are fed up and they are taking action.

A 35-year veteran law enforcement officer, Craig started his career in Detroit as a beat cop; moved to Los Angeles; then to Portland, Maine; on to Cincinnati; and then back to Detroit as chief of police. Upon taking office last June, he announced his intention to do something about Detroit’s spiraling crime rate:

No longer will we stand idly by as criminals run rampant and the good citizens are held captive in their own homes.

Gone are the days that a citizen calls 911 and there is no response. Gone are the days that a citizen comes to a precinct only to find that the doors are locked.

We have taken an oath to protect our citizens and protect them is what we will do.

He kept his promise, and on January 3, 2014 he reported that criminal homicides had dropped by 14 percent and that violent crime had dropped seven percent. When he was asked if he knew of any instances of the so-called knockout game in Detroit, Craig raised some hackles with his answer:

I think folks — the people who would engage in that foolishness — probably know that there are a number of CPL [Concealed Pistol License] holders running around the streets of Detroit. [They] probably [will decide that’s] not a real good idea.

When pressed on the issue of concealed pistol licenses being granted to Detroiters, Craig responded, "I think it’s a deterrent. Good Americans with CPLs translates into crime reduction, too. I learned that very quickly in the state of Maine [where there are] a lot of CPL holders."

Earlier in March Craig was in the spotlight when another attempted home invasion was thwarted by an armed homeowner, leading to the death of a suspect. In an interview on WDIV-TV, Craig said,

A lot of good Detroiters are fed up. The message should be that … people are going to protect themselves....

If you are confronted with an immediate threat to your safety, you’re not going to have time to dial 911. It becomes an issue of “the threat is here, I have to respond to the threat.”

And then, speaking directly to anyone considering breaking and entering, Craig added:

Suspects in Detroit need to worry about a couple of things. [You’ve] got to worry about a police department that is going to aggressively find you when you commit an act of violence.

And you’ve got to also worry about the good Detroiters who are not going to put up with [your] violence.

This is EXACTLY why if you live in one of the "slower" districts you need to tell EVERY single person that will listen to call 911 for EVERYTHING. See someone who you think looks suspicious....CALL 911. See a person walking in your alley you don't recognize....CALL 911. Kids drinking in the park....CALL 911. Too many times people say I saw (fill in the blank) and WAS gonna call 911 but didn't think it was serious enough. TELL THEM TO CALL 911. The savages call the police for EVERYTHING in those districts....kids won't listen...they call 911 for the police to play mom and dad. They need to "get they stuff" outta they babies mommas/daddy's house...they call 911. Kids hanging out on they corner...."one of has a gun"...call 911. If there was a way to track LEGIT calls vs bullshit calls the response times in the "underprivileged" districts would be much better. How many times has someone you personally called for an ammbuhlance for a ride to the hospital?

And why should not police be pulled from low crime districts to be placed in high crime districts. Minor property crimes are just that, minor crimes, covered by insurance. If 911 response times take three times longer for districts composed of minorities and people of color, as opposed to those predominately white districts than it only stands to reason that there are more police and they respond quicker in the white districts,= institutional racism, and perhaps genocide. Minorities and those of color deserve equal policing and 911 response as do the whites. Our society demands equal outcome in all things and will settle for nothing less.

3/31/2014 12:55:00 AM

And why has the department manpower level been allowed to drop to historic lows which prevents parity of service for all citizens?

And why, by your poor "logic", do lawful communities have to suffer due to the lawlessness of the dregs of our society?

And why is it that you don't understand that, if response time is higher in the high crime areas of the city, that it's because there is more crime there which causes the higher response time?

And why don't you understand that the high crime area citizens are branching out to the lessor crime area districts to commit property crimes, that left unchecked, soon become violent crimes?

And why don't you enlighten us as to the area you live in and walk the walk by moving to one of the higher crimes districts?

And,if you are a woman, why don't you just blow me?

And if you are "male", then just go blow one of your neighbors?

And why am I even taking the time to respond to a letter that was written by lover of the Kool Aide who will never have the ability to see they have been brain washed and are beyond saving?

To 12::55 am I agree we should be equal, when there's a equal amount of two parent homes, a equal amount of taxes, income ,property etc... When there's a equal amount of people working in engle wood as Edison park you let me know. It may only be property crimes to you but for civilized hardworking people that take pride in their neighborhood it's a travesty. I don't know the last time you were in 016 but there's a lot of robbers and shootings also. Remember the people that are appaled that we get no service either in 016, 017 and 018 are the people working and paying taxes so the ghetto dwellers no matter their race can get a section 8 voucher, link, free Obama phone etc... So let's be equal you get the majority of the west and south side to at least finish high school and get a job, maybe get real motivated and actually pay for something instead of relying on the taxpayers. That will put us much closer to equality.

Never worked in Jefferson Park, never worked in Albany, so I'm no expert there, but I'm sure the volume of calls aren't nearly as high as the higher crime districts. Zone 8, the busiest zone south has some pretty decent dispatchers, but at times, the on going cackling and personal conversations are very annoying and unprofessional, it's aggravating when you're trying to get thru.....Knock off the chatterbox, get the jobs out!!!

Volumes of calls may be higher, but so are the number of beat cars. 016 has the fewest beat cars in the city and also has the longest distance to answer the calls. Besides that, there are fewer special units cars and det cars in the area,so when you put a call out on citywide, less units are responding.

YOU BOYS & GIRLS better pay attention, it doesn't matter who gets elected FOP President, depending on the outcome of this case, a JUDGE could decide how many officers are assigned to a district, not OUR FOP contract for bidding..... A JUDGE and CROOK COUNTY judge none the less will hold the POWER over your working conditions, DEAN YOU BETTER BE READY TO WORK come April 3......

What case are you talking about? You are also talking apples and oranges. The FOP doesn't decide how many officers work in a district. The CPD decides opening and the number of officers assigned to a district. If that changes the openings will be decided by managements 20% and bidding.

A couple things: residential burglaries (which are on the increase) are not minor crimes. See how you feel when some intruder breaks into you home. Second - look at the volume of calls in districts with " people of color" - they call the police for EVERYTHING. Plus. Those areas ALREADY are flooded with extra police. The problem is not the response times or the police. The problem is a cultural problem. You have to focus on the root of the problem ( values - morals - ethics - human respect - dignity - self respect - etc). None of those traits cost a penny. Things in these communities will NEVER change unless they fix them themselves. Police cannot solve the root problems in these communities.
And your post is spoken like someone who lives no where near these communities.

Ummm, it takes LONGER to dispatch in those areas, because.... wait for it...

YOU HAVE MORE CRIME IN THOSE AREAS.

So the officers are busy dealing with all that crap. It doesn't mean there's less cops there - hell, from what we hear on these sites - there's MORE cops deployed there.

The criminals in those areas are out of control, and it's all the cops can do to contain the situation (kudos to those brave souls that work there everyday).

Tell the Scum Times and the ACLU to bend and flush. Tell them to start reporting on the real deals:

* Out of control criminals

* Kids having kids

* Parents who are derelict in their duties

* Cycle of drop outs having kids, creating more drop outs

* Never ending entitlement and benefit generations of couch slugs that don't go to school, have no prospect for jobs, and just commit crimes.

How about we stop giving benefits to DROP OUTS? No licenses. No benefits. No job w/o at least a high school diploma or GED?

One year on welfare. Then MANDATORY 5 years off before one can reapply for it.

Enough of this liberal bullshit - we've been giving these people money for what? 50 years? And what's been the net effect?

CRIME.

Continuing crime. Dependence on Government (aka Taxpayers).

Enough. Clean your nest. Turn in the scumbags - ya'll know who they are. Give THAT evidence to the Scum Times and the Fibune and the FBI and the Coppers. Keep it up until every single one of these pieces of crap are cuffed up and in prison for a 10 yr bid.

Then watch the businesses come back to the area. But until you do that, you're gonna have food deserts, pharmacy deserts, and delivery deserts - and you have NO ONE to blame but yourself.

Good luck, you're going to need it.

Gettin' older? Blood pressure up?

We'll fix that.

Ezikiel Emanuel "Let Elderly People Die" plans kick in.

New Blood Pressure Guidelines May Take Millions of Americans Off Meds

"SATURDAY, March 29, 2014 -- About 5.8 million American adults may no longer be prescribed drugs to treat high blood pressure under recently revised guidelines...

"...the Eighth Joint National Committee released controversial guidelines that relaxed blood pressure goals in adults 60 and older from 140/90 to 150/90. The guidelines also eased blood pressure targets for adults with diabetes and kidney disease.

"The proportion of adults considered eligible for medication to treat high blood pressure would fall from about 41 percent to 32 percent, the authors concluded in the study published online March 29 in the Journal of the American Medical Association and presented Saturday at the American College of Cardiology annual meeting in Washington, D.C.

"The researchers also said that 13.5 million adults -- most of them older than 60 -- who were considered to have poorly controlled blood pressure would now be viewed as having adequately managed blood pressure. That includes 5.8 million adults who would no longer require blood pressure pills.

"...uncontrolled high blood pressure is a risk factor for heart attack and stroke."

There it is. You're OK because we say so.

I run 150 or over right now, and have gone over 200. Used to run a beautiful 110/70 even after vigorous exercise, but they'd rather let you die than prescribe appropriate medication.

To those crying racism and other nonsense: Wouldn't it be discriminatory to deprive taxpayers and specific districts' residents of police service? The answer would be to hire more police to strengthen the manpower in high crime districts. To openly state that citizens in low crime areas do not deserve equal police service is outrageous. It's not the citizens who behave and obey the law who should be penalized for those who can't control themselves and commit crime at the drop of a hat. Only an ignoramus or a criminal would have such beliefs.

The more prosperous areas deserve better city services. The residents in those areas pay the taxes, and they appreciate the police department's work.

The South and West Side residents (i.e. moochers, gang bangers, welfare cheats) attack the police when then respond to emergency calls.

cpd should close 24 , one less commander , less inside office police , 30 less tact men and supervisors . closing it will provide more service to the citizens .

3/31/2014 11:14:00 AM
Before anyone else makes a stupid comment about closing Dist first realize that someone still has to cover that big area. All u really save is the upkeep of the building.Rogers park is one of the most densely populated areas of the city.TAkes u 20 min to get to Howard street from 20.So now the city doubles the amount of officers in 20 only to take out 50 because on paper it looks too heavy with p/o s. Yet u still have to cover that area 24 had but with 50 less p/os.Loook how good that went in 19/23. They don t even have enough cars for all the p/o s in the shit areas.Maybe if those area s paid taxes the mayor might have more money to hire more coppers for those areas.

Did everyone see that AMC message about submitting a TFS report to Georgas for a mgmt spot at one of the airports? I cannot believe the balls of some of these PPO's. PPO's are submitting TFS reports to go to the airport. Get at least two French fries on your sleeve before you pull shit like this newbies.

Hey, my Dad told me to fill out that report. Then I gave it to dad and he said he would take care of, and then he winked, I don't know what he meant.

He did say things were easier when there was a unit called Sons of Supervisors, I think he meant SOS.

I love the smell of jet fuel in the morning and I have it on good authority I will be smelling it very soon. Until I make sergeant!

Stay safe and Fly United!

The problem is there are way more police cars in predominantly black areas than there are in white areas, so is the racism then, reverse-racism??

And just because there are fewer crimes in white areas does not mean they should have fewer police cars. they already have fewer police cars, and when the those beat cars are pulled from their beats and put in black areas, then the white areas are essentially unprotected at that time, right? Isn't that racist? Maybe. It's certainly not fair.

Why not do a study on what percentage of the taxes come from those white areas and then how much comes from those high-crime black areas. Then distribute the police cars evenly based on those criteria. You already know the answer without having to do such a study.

While we are at it, let's do a study on the costs to provide hospital emergency services to all those gang-bangers who get shot, wounded and killed, and see how many of them have health insurance, and how much of those bills are ultimately paid for the working taxpayers?

Take a place like the 007th District. It's almost square in its shape with 2.5 miles on each side of its borders. It's divided into 3 sectors with 5 beats per sector. On afternoons, that's 15 beat cars. Add maybe 2 or 3 rapid response cars. Add 2 to 4 tactical cars. Add all the outside units patrolling there. that's easily 30 two-man cars patrolling this 2.5 by 2.5 mile square area, and they still can't keep up with all the calls. And many nights, police officers are denied lunch (often without being compensated, but given false promises of time off at a later date). Officers there are RUNNING from assignment to assignment. There is no racism there. Good officers trying to help people all the time in 007, and in other ghetto districts throughout the city.

The ghetto districts are raping the city financially everyday, and those people have the nerve to say that the police are racist because they don't respond quickly enough to calls??

Disgusting is not even the beginning of words to describe such people.

Seen a lot of posts about officers being tied up on disrespectful children and other calls of that insignificant nature. The article claims the response times are slow on emergency calls. So this leads me to believe (simply from the way YOU guys put it) that your first concern is "child won't eat vegetables" calls (isn't that how McCarthy put it?) instead of emergency calls. On top of the south side and west sides still getting slow emergency response times despite having officers taken from up north, some neighborhoods up north also get slow response times. So what is going on and What constitutes a slow respons time in the first place? 5 minutes?

If this doesn't encourage the city to hire more police officets I don't know what will. It's impossible to think murders will stay down forever with all the problems that have come to light this year already.

It's also bullshit how some are claiming it doesn't matter how long it takes because they aren't tax payers. Says who? There's thousands of tax payers on those sides of town. Your there to enforce the law on behalf of them.

There must be a few real heavy PPO's that already have the spots. Now they just have to put in the procedure to get it done.
Lets see what FOP has to say. 50/50 out there according to contract

How much intelligence does it take to see how many cops have to go to the scene of a drive buy shooting with people killed and put two and two together to see why response time is slow in the ghetto. I can see that on the news, I am not a cop but I am also not stupid.

Buy the way you may not be stupid, but your spelling is. Buy now. Have to run buy my girlfriends house.

Then you have not seen one of the emails he is famous for sending xo's dss's and commanders where he calls out and insults the p.o. who makes a typo mistake or shows up 5 min late. Nice try SGT. BAIO.

If you dont believe me, ask your boss if he has got a nasty call or an email from him. Nice in person, back stabber in truth. Born to be a boss. We ignore his calls as office policy. Pimpy.

This is a stone cold jag off.. I was 5 min late for impound court and this pos wouldn't let me sign in. What a piece of crap.

===================================

Absolutely.

Evidently, if it's true, the landlord threatened the Tennant with a gun for rent due, then he's a complete Dumbass and thank god nobody was shot.

But it seems, him shooting wasn't likely. I get the feeling the idiot used the exposing of the gun as a threat. Don't condone it and it was the height of stupidity.

But I don't recall the Sun-Times putting the closing down of North Ave. Beach, the Tempo Shooting, the shooting by the Cardinals mansion or the guys who got their throats sliced on North Clark and E. Chicago on the FRONT page.

Evidently, a stroker recently permitted for CCW flashes a gun and the sack sucking reporters & editor at the Sun-Times have their hair on fire.

Screw you Sun-Times.

Stop sensationalizing morons.

"And why should not police be pulled from low crime districts to be placed in high crime districts. Our society demands equal outcome in all things and will settle for nothing less."

Well, the "minorities and those of color" running wild up in 19 surely COULD use more policing, seen as how we're down a few.

Well when you create a hundred tact teams/rbt in those "fast districts" using officers off the watch, there are fewer blue and whites answering calls while the 100 tact teams are all in on arrests.

I love it! the liberals are able to turn violent animalistic behavior that is 100 times greater in the shithead neighborhoods (that have become a resource vacuums) and rebrand it into "UNDER SERVED COMMUNITIES"

Don't report that's there is too much crime. If you put a cop car on every corner they would be bitching that they are being racially Profiled.
