The Ferguson Effect
- Sunday The Wall Street Journal crunched the numbers on America’s startling new crime wave (after a two-decade decline) and listed seven cities that have seen noticeable, and sometimes shocking, spikes in murders and other violent crimes.
Seven cities were worthy of note. To no one’s surprise, all seven of those cities are run by Democrats. With the exception of New York City, Democrats have enjoyed one-party rule in these cities for decades.
Wait....no one on the left is having a field day with this because no one on the left wants to point out the obvious. Silly conservative website...you can't say things like this! OR at least you won't be able to once the left finishes off the country.

- Gun violence is up more than 60% compared with this time last year, according to Baltimore police, with 32 shootings over Memorial Day weekend. May has been the most violent month the city has seen in 15 years. (no Republican mayors since 1967)
- In Milwaukee, homicides were up 180% by May 17 over the same period the previous year. (no Repulbican mayors since 1906)
- Through April, shootings in St. Louis were up 39%, robberies 43%, and homicides 25%. (last Republican - 1949)
- Murders in Atlanta were up 32% as of mid-May. (1942)
- Shootings in Chicago had increased 24% and homicides 17%. (1931)
- Shootings and other violent felonies in Los Angeles had spiked by 25%; (1993)
- in New York, murder was up nearly 13%, and gun violence 7%. (this is just since 2014 - a single year - ending Rudy's and Bloomberg's effective policing strategies)
But you know, democrats are for the people - and folks. Law and order is for squares.

Its going to be a long summer....stay safe.
Take a few and listen to that Joe Walsh 560am.....hes one of our biggest supporters during a time where most fear to tread.
What exactly is the excuse for why crime was still relatively high in places like ATL, Chicago, Baltimore, etc. Before all of this passive police work (or "the Ferguson Effect") began?
This "Crime Wave" is the price the Alinskite Progressives in
corporate sponsored government and mass media
are willing for everyone to pay for in their War On Policemen
and Policing.

Now they have their pert little noses out of joint and are
spinning some folklore about punishing Policemen for
"withholding Police services."
Who woulda thunk that bland, flavorless, non-aggressive,
strictly by the numbers, respond-drop a report-call for a
washdown for the blood, shit and brains splattered everywhere-
then disappear self preservation Policing currently in effect
would cause so many liberal/progressive/protected demographic
stomachs to churn?

We noticed a lot of shaming/blaming language in the various
op-Ed anti-Police hit pieces over the last several years.

The Policeman didn't break it.
Fixing it is beyond a Policeman's power.
And if The Police COULD someway, somehow effect a fix?
Since they have compelling rules, regulations
and conditions of employment to abide by, many would
demand that those "wild out-of-control, racist, killin' up
our young mens for no good reason" cops have one
hand tied behind their backs while the criminal class
moves freely and easily.
This is what a war against The Police looks like.
If The Police are your enemy, then you'd damned
well better make fast friends with what's scampering
through your window or other such up close and
personal foolishness.
You cannot.
Have this.
Both ways.
But it DOES seem that sides have been picked
anyway...

In many of these instances, for example Maryland, progressives are blaming republican governors. Silly boy, don't you know republicans are somehow always to blame, either that or G.W. Bush is the cause of it all.
Forget "research". Reality is:
Democrats =
- higher crime,
- higher taxes, (Sales tax 10%+, gas taxes, cigarette taxes (Hmmm,, about $7 a pack?)
- higher fines & fees, (red light cameras, tollways - Have to get more revenue somewhere, why not the working man?)
- lower job opportunities (the good government ones are handed out by clout, private sector jobs eroded by companies leaving)
- higher chance of corruption (that translates into a higher cost-of-living for those in the state/region)
That about sums it up.
This country is done, SCC. Time to start thinking post-republic.
They're fast walking the middle class into poverty.
They want to decriminalize the criminals.
They are criminalizing the police. And, if you take my pension away, now I really have ZERO skin in the game protecting the established order.
The nation's social mores(which were sliding) have been fast tracked to chaos and disaster.
Most logical course of action is to concentrate in enclaves of like minded folk and arm up.
So why don't they ever bring race into the issue of violent crime? Who's usually the offender?
Yea and compare the crime in these cities to cities in heavy CCW states like Texas and Utah.
What is this gun violnce you mentioned? I have many guns and they have never committed an act of violence while I have owned them. Should I worry? Is there another component that I need to add to the mix?

Dumbocrats are tearing this country apart, letting crime go berserk and bancorrupted the cities they control. So move to TX, AZ, NV, FL and so forth. This country is a total mess and getting worse daily. Why would any young person want to be a cop as things stand now?

This trend nation wide won't last for long. Sadly, all it takes to change things is to threaten an officer to kick him off his car, switch the good ole start time and every once in a while give em an early duck. We truly are our own worst enemies. We only think short term. In New York after two officers were killed, the patrol officers curtailed activity big time. But it only lasted two weeks. Like I said, all they need to do is switch your start time or kick you off your beat car.
Blacks are 15% of the population and 85% of the crime?

Move to the American redoubt (ie Idaho), with lots of like minded people, open carry and a very low bullshit tollerance. When this country flushes down the drain (which will happen soon and incredibly fast), Idaho and surrounding areas will be the only ones still standing.

He was on the news standing up straight, no pain from observation, he ran refused lawful police order he was caught he fought, police used "force necessary to effect arrest" Nothing to see here move along! Lesson learned cameras and thugs and anyone looking to get paid from media will recored coppers and attempt to sell it!
