- A Cook County sheriff's officer was on the scene of Laquan McDonald's fatal shooting by a Chicago police officer within a minute of the event, but he did not show up in police reports and was not part of any investigation until the FBI tracked him down months later, the Tribune has learned.
Sheriff Tom Dart's office said Thursday that the officer and a second sheriff's officer who arrived soon after were notified by Chicago police that they were not needed and left the scene. They never filed police reports about their involvement, Dart aide Cara Smith said.
Asked why the sheriff's office's involvement was never made public amid a yearlong investigation or during the recent uproar after video of the shooting was released and McDonald's shooter was charged with murder, Smith said the office was not aware of its officers' involvement until contacted by the Tribune on Wednesday night.
So obviously, County is involved in the cover-up. Dart and Prickwrinkle are part-and-parcel of the conspiracy to deprive a PCP-addled, knife-wielding maniac of his right to turn his life around, and therefore must resign immediately.

Don't worry the media will cover for their golden boy Tommy Dart. This story will buried after one news cycle. The Suntimes has 5 reporters who have relatives on Dart payroll. How many relatives of Tribune reporters does Dart support?

I always said to go like a safe bat out of hell to a 10-1 but to just "roll" towards another officers call just in case he ends up needing a backup. Otherwise, keep the fuck away. And, never, I repeat never, have yourself put on any arrest report as an assisting PO just for the numbers game.
Keep bringing in activity. It's your job this will blow over soon.
News media reports that the County arrived one minute after the shooting. County officers tried to comfort McDonald. Are you kidding me!!!!!

Rahm said during his speech that every child should never be "second class citizen" and deserve same treatment his children get great! where is the personal valets/bodyguards for my children/ the drivers? The instant police tactical response to a stolen cell phone under mischievous circumstances?
I wonder if Himself will still be floating the idea that he should be the investigator (inquisator?) of CPD shootings? His own political appointees cannot complete paperwork from the event and he's going to do the investigating? If his handling of the jail is any indicator, CPD will be giving out cookies, pizza coupons, and giving the people (and folks) rides to their next "street art performance" when he is doing the investigating. Maybe he'll appoint a mental health expert as head of IPRA and a world renowned chef as head of the police board? Cannot be any more far fetched than what he has undertaken at the jail. Although his history with OPR cannot withstand the scrutiny of review, considering the number of cases that get overturned or flat out beat.
Did he/they WITNESS the shooting or just come with the other thousand fuckin' cars.

Who investigated Ernie Browns shooting in Brownzville last year. Was it a good shoot or should the DOJ investigate this for BLM? Whats preckwinkle take on this or jesses?
OT.......I just ordered my stay fetal t shirt. Policing as we knew it is gone nationwide my friends. As more departments roll out the body cams, it will be a non stop shit storm against police. It will get much worse. First trimester fetal 21 yr vet.

Nobody was injured in the incident. Accidental discharge in the struggle with the offender.
