do not think the string was the issue----it was that caller was not home....and they left a 1 year old - alone ---in a hallway---tethered to a door........the lack of care and respect for each other is the issue....asinine calls, violence, damage to property, theft and general slum filth are the symptoms.

I watched Robocop from 1987 today.... I was thinking wow, today in 2016 he would had been thrown under the bus, railroaded, end up at call back, federal court, sued and get an excessive use of force charge on him and possible prison time--- besides that, he only went to a few calls and did no paper. I think Robocop would had said fuck this shit job.
