Spilled Drink = Bloodshed

  • A Champaign teenager paroled two weeks ago from boot camp for a shooting offense has been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a firearm in the death of a bystander in a shooting early Sunday morning in Campustown.

“It all appears to have stemmed from a spilled drink,” State’s Attorney Julia Rietz said of the convoluted facts that led to the savage beating of one man, the fatal shooting of a visitor to Champaign, and the wounding of three others.
And a parolee? He got eight years for a gun charge, managed to get diverted to "boot camp" over the objections of the local States Attorney, and served less than seven months before being paroled, acquiring a gun (illegally) and killing an innocent bystander while wounding three more. Illinois "justice."

The day judges are sued is the day sentencing bullshit like this ends for a myriad of criminal offenses.

This shooting is not unusual or bizarre, at least not for Chicago. It fits in with the mentality of the locals.

Boot camp teaches some people to shake the place by stamping their hard boots on the flo' and calling cadence real loud until the other inmates are telling them to cut it out. Good thing they don't pass out those D.I. whistles to everyone. God.

You'll notice that I said "other inmates." The camp "graduates" are bittin' again inside of a year.

See?

I believe the gun charge that this young Rhides scholar was charged with was actually an aggravated discharge. Either way this idiot should have been locked up , but instead this second chance meant a death sentence for a productive member of society. When will liberal America understand that some people/folks are not fit to be free in a civilized society?

The savages are roaming everywhere, these animals need to be caged, maybe we should round them up send them over to real prisons like lets when trump takes the presidency call Putin put them in Russian gulag prisons bet they would never commit another crime, round up all the illegal invaders also put them on train cars they could spend time there also "law and order" is what will restore this country look at how this Trump supporter is viciously attacked:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGRFEiLBZCE

The thugs animals are way out of control started with barry and has funneled down to all the democrats and stupid liberals, if the lying hillary gets in by manipulating the vote totals (Which democrats are known to massively cheat) expect the final nails in the coffin RIP policing in America its over!!

Look forward to more of this "justice" with Hillary in office. If you don't kill someone (and even then) be prepared for it not to be prosecuted with any sort of vigor.

Is it possible for the families to sue the state of Illinois bureau of prisons, parole board, judges, claiming that if the person responsible for their loved ones death was held in custody for the period of time as sentenced, that they would still be alive? And that that agency is directly responsible for that death . There always seems to be a lawyer looking for a new way to get their name out to people.

Yes, but fleeing to what? When you put Illinois on a list of places where it is expensive to live, they are not even near the top. When you look at a list of most dangerous cities in America, Chicago does not make the top 20. Granted we have the numbers of shot and killed to shock the people, but your odds of getting a bullet are far greater in many more urban areas. All in all, it is a sad commentary on urban life in America.

A lot to be said about just pimpin about town with your cup of henny on the skreets.

When will Judges and Parole Boards start being accountable?
So now what, he gets a full 5 year sentence now? Remember, No Intent and Extreme Careless Discharge of a Firearm.

If this mutt was confronted by the police with a gun in his hand after the shooting, Campaign would be up in flames right now. So it's nice and quiet for the moment and their Mayor can be at ease.

How do the victims families feel about the Obama-Hillary "social justice reforms" now?

FYI being a first generation Scandinavian there are no real Swedes or others as a matter of fact. European Union has infiltrated those countries with Turks, Somalis and now Syrians. Merkel's policies.....And Clinton said she is the most respected world leader currently. Ask any Scandinavian, she has ruined Europe just like Clinton will do to USA.

Isn't there an official process to place a complaint against a judge? With all the bullshit offices funded and staffed all over the state to employ
Somebody's Someone, there has to be an "oversite" office to filter the blame elsewhere. God knows that the government needs to hire more
"Someones"! You have a bad judge, they appoint them to a higher court! Being policed by their peers isn't cutting it. Best justice that money can buy...
