Once Again....
- ....a man charged with shooting and killing another man near Millennium Park on Saturday was reported to have a criminal record that should have precluded him from even being on the street. The suspect, Paul Pagan, 32 had been arrested 39 times and was twice convicted for pointing a gun during an argument. He has convictions for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, reckless conduct, marijuana possession and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. He had a warrant out for his arrest. Yet he was back on the street, allegedly with a gun.
But keeping someone off the street who refused - at least 39 times - to live within the rules of a civilized society, twice with a gun, would be.....what exactly?

Liberal democrat politicians and judges tend to sympathetic to criminals, but not conservatives.
How unusual, this is, I mean it rarely, well.....this shit happens all the time... right here in River City
What is the name of the judge who gave this criminal such a short sentence? There is a judicial retention ballot in the polling places this November and it would be an honor to vote the jurist who let this animal off with a light sentence a return to private practice with a "NO" vote.

There needs to be accountability in the State's Attorney Office, the Judicial Branch, and the Parole/Probation department. Hey there ASA's, why did you downgrade the charges? Or in some cases, drop charges? Hey there Judge Doofus, why did you sentence Mr. Gangbanger-With-A-Gun to boot camp (again)? Hey there Parole Board, why did you approve parole for Mr. Super Predator to be released back into society?

But he's a minority so we have to be nice to him and let him out early. He's had a hard life because of his race. He won't hurt anyone again and if he does it's our fault for not giving him enough free stuff. Just let them all out and give them anything they want. They'll be good and they'll vote for us.

You'd be better off asking who the good judges are. The vast majority of the judges in cook county are worthless. They completely ignore the law when they decide cases. I'd say just vote no on all of them so you don't miss any, but there are a few good ones that we should keep.
There are only a handful of Republicans filed for Countywide Offices: Pfannkuche (State's Attorney); Shapiro (Circuit Court Clerk); and Schumann (Metropolitan Water Reclamation District). Do not skip voting for these candidates. If you have family or friends in suburban Cook County, tell them to vote too.

Better find some GOP people to run for all the unopposed corrupt elected positions!
Thank the parole board for that one. They only think about IDOC dollars and cents. They don't factor in the cost to society when they let these fools out.
He has managed to get arrested 39 times. I on the other hand have managed to avoid arrest even once
I know how to solve this problem. Maybe we can get some additional funding from the hard working, law abiding, taxpaying, citizens. With those funds we can give it to the non-working, continual law breakers, non-contributors of society. We can also use this "free money" to educate these non-contributers on proper behavior in society (a lesson that the hard working, law abiding, taxpaying, citizens seem to learn at home growing up for free), like obeying the laws, respecting yourself, and others. While we have all this free money, let's get the police some training. These police need to learn that not everyone can follow the law, respect others, contribute to society in a positive way, and these police need to be trained to understand that! Police need to understand that embracing lawlessness, disrespect of self and others, will create opportunities and positive futures for those that choose this path to prosperity. So please vote for Hillary Clinton, help us believe in this great dream. Help us continue the great change that we embarked on in 2008. Vote Democrat. I'm a fucking idiot and I approve this message.

Maybe it is overcrowded jails. Overcrowded because too many can not make bail, so they sit in jail while criminals such as these serve a tiny part of their sentences and get out and do more of the same. However, hundreds are still locked up who have been convicted of nothing, os hey say, free the non-violent criminals and the result is more repeat offenders.

Vote yes on Peggy Chiampas and Borgeious (and please forgive me on the spelling). They are pro-law enforcement.
