- The remaining street sign honoring Donald Trump in Chicago will come down soon.
The vote to remove the sign was just one of the man things on the City Council’s agenda Tuesday.
The push for the order happened after trump compared Chicago to a “war-torn country” in the first presidential debate.
They actually wasted time on this. The deadliest weekend all year, 600 homicides in the rearview mirror and 700 on the horizon.
But guess who's keeping Trump's money?- Mayor Rahm Emanuel's campaign Tuesday said the mayor won't return a $50,000 campaign contribution from Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

Amazing how history only matters when a democrat wants it to slime a republican.

Let me get this straight.
The mayor and alderwhatevers are incensed over Trump's icky gloating 11 years ago.
He gave 'contributions' to the alderwhatever and the mayor six years ago.
So, the mayor is offended by something that happened 11 yrs ago and that makes it okay to keep money that was given to him 6 yrs ago, because 6yrs was a long time ago.

Great move idiots!! Whether Trump wins or not, he would rightfully be reluctant to invest any further money in Chicago. The aldercreatures, like many Trump haters, do not like being called out on the truth. So, to summarize this decision: Our brain trust of a city council felt that offending a billionaire, who would potentially invest capital in our city, is the most urgent issue to be addressed. However, disregard the crime rate. All is well. The ISR's, court rulings, DOJ, poor morale, incompetent politicians and bosses, the media and blm are doing wonders for the effectiveness of our department.
Every single motherfucker in that city council needs to be locked up. fuck every single one of them. Clean house and instill term limits. And make their salary more like an actual part time job. But that will never happen, because they are the ruling class disguised in the form of democracy

The first time I worked in 007 I couldn't believe that almost every single block had an honorary sign. You would think it was the greatest neighborhood in the city.
The next street sign which should be taken down ASAP is the one honoring former Prosser principal Kenneth Leon Hunter.

You would think that the aldermen would be most concerned of the third world worthy numbers in the global homicide rankings. INDIVIDUAL: $17,592.00
COUPLE: $31,320.00
FAMILY: $43,464.00
Our annual premium of $31,320 would exceed over half of my annual pension. This is outrageous!
I am a plaintiff in the Underwood, et al. v. City of Chicago class action litigation.
I further understand that the FOP/Aetna supplementary coverage is only for retirees with Medicare. Any corrections and/or suggestions?

To the retired PO looking at the city non-medicare plan. He is correct. I am medicare but my husband is not. I have been all over these plans. Obamacare in AZ, where we are now, only offers 4 BC/BS HMOS, the best one cost $995.00. There are no PPO'S offered. You can check that website. It may be different in Illinois. You can plug in your information and it will tell you what is available. I did call the people on the FOP plans that are supposed to address non-medicare plans but when they finally realized I knew what I was talking about they admitted that all they have is what is on Obamacare. They are actually brokers and want to sell you dental or vision or catastrophic plans. So, basically useless. Bottom line is, it seems the city plan or Obamacare is it. Both sucks! I have not tried to call the companies in my state that have pulled out of Obamacare but that is my next plan to try. Best of luck!

Did you try www.getcoveredillinois.gov ? It's Obamacare. If your premiums are so high because of health issues this might help. They charge everyone your age the same amount. None of the plans cover Northwestern, U of C or Pres Lukes, however. Good Luck.
