Chuck Needs a Job
- An independent monitor overseeing Chicago Police reform can be “as good” as court oversight, but only if the U.S. Department of Justice is party to the agreement and Mayor Rahm Emanuel remains committed to the five-year process, a policing expert said Tuesday.
“If you get a department that’s resistant, doesn’t think anything’s wrong, they’re fighting it, then you’ve got to go to court. But that’s not the case here. That’s why I think something like this can work,” said former Philadelphia and Washington D.C. police chief Charles Ramsey, a former Chicago deputy police superintendent.
“I don’t think consent decrees are always needed. I really like collaborative reform. … You can make the kinds of changes you need. It can be as transparent as you want it to be. And you can get the same result. … Everything is there with the exception of reporting directly to a federal judge.”
He's gotten one particular thing wrong though. Without an actual, you know, judge involved, all of the recommendations from the "independent monitor" don't mean a damn thing. And how "independent" would someone beholden to the mayor actually be? What if there was a giant cheating scandal? Everyone knows what happened, too many people talked. And a supposedly "independent" Inspector General looked into the allegations? Could you actually trust that they came up with? Especially if the cheaters couldn't score high enough on the last exam, thinks Milwaukee is a state, haven't worked a full day since being promoted, or is sleeping with the guy in charge?

Can I get through to the same guy promoting people or assigning females to units or hq? Or can you atleast assign some of these broads to preform sexual pleasures to guys on patrol to ease the tension and keep their spots????????share the wealth.

Chuckle doesn't want a full time gig - but this would be a perfect part time gig which would embellish his role as Co Chair of the Obummer Report on Policing in the 21st Century. He'll end up getting several consultant positions which he can farm out to Barb McDonald and Paula Schmear.

Maybe Chuck should take a little ride down memory lane. Why wasn't he around to be promoted before when he was an active officer here. Let's ask his ex-wife? Or should we ask the strawberry blonde brajole. Chuck was quite the man until confronted with a letter or two. Awww those radiant red curls he sported were a glistening sight in the theatre.
Then he packed up his bags (luggage) and fled for different political pastures. Was offered the top spot but the letters were still afloat.
So he later returned and consulted as the Chicago Spartan for 300 an hour.

Anyone see the TED Talks with the leader of the BLM movement? Almost unbelieveable. Now the big liberal complaint is that their neighborhoods were "overpoliced." That's the buzzword now. They want it both ways: clean up the crime, but don't "over" police. Every comment she made about what BLM was so ungrounded in reality ... she said absolutely nothing concrete and avoided any statement that actually contained facts.
