since we are on the topic of bodies....Can anyone explain why the medical examiners office (morgue) is no longer accepting bodies Thursday-Sunday? that's what the M.E. office told me. Just more cutbacks of a strapped cook county? layoffs? So bodies will just pile up till Monday?
