Quick Crime Reduction
It's so easy, even a 9.5-digit midget could do it:
- A six-year study published last year by the University of California, Riverside found "violent crime is slightly higher in sanctuary cities." It concluded there was "no statistically discernible difference in violent crime rates, rape, or property crime across" 55 cities studied.
And at least one city, Phoenix, saw a drop in crime after it eliminated its sanctuary city status, according to former law enforcement officials.
[...] "When we eliminated our sanctuary policy back in 2008, we saw crime, violent and stolen vehicles fall by 25 percent," he recalled. "We saw a 20-year low crime rate. When we were allowed and had the discretion to contact our federal immigration partners, crime fell drastically."
According to City-Data.com, which collects data from various government agencies, from 2008 to 2009 Phoenix's murder rate fell 27 percent, robberies by 23 percent, assault by 13 percent, burglaries by 14 percent and theft by 19 percent. The numbers for each category fell the following year as well – albeit by smaller margins.

Reducing hispanic homicides by 1/4 is cool, but isn't going to make much of a dent overall.
Unless illegal immigrants are killing all the blacks.
Chicago and Crook County should try another proven crime reduction technique.
Convict Criminals and Lock Them Up.
Everyday a criminal is in jail is a day he/she is NOT committing crimes.
Every Gang Member in Prison is not on the street shooting other gang members, or being shot.
These criminals are safer in prison!
The Neighborhoods are safer with them in prison too!

I can't tell you how many times in 010 an illegal immigrant was involved in criminal activity and gang banging. One in four people that had police contact with me was an illegal immigrant. The truth is the truth. The people that were getting victimized by illegal immigrants were all Hispanic people. Usually people get victimized by the group they interact with.

I saw on fox news that an illegal immigrant is being awarded $190,000.00 because the city of San Francisco police notified ICE against the city sanctuary city policy on the illegal immigrant two years ago. So let me get this straight. A guy here illegally, breaking our lwas is awarded 190K because the police enforced our laws. And San Francisco is OK with this? The inmates are running the asylum

TD 9.5 repeatedly cites his grandfather being an immigrant from Moldava or wherever his Gramps was born, as a reason we should welcome immigrants regardless of status. Not once, and please correct me if I am wrong, has a reporter asked the little sob if Gramps was a legal or an illegal immigrant.
The borders of Sanctuary City extends beyond the illegal immigrant.
