- Chicago Police still are looking for a gunmen who shot a female officer Friday during a harrowing foot chase following an attempted robbery of a Back of the Yards cellphone store.
On Monday, two men charged in the botched heist and the ensuing shootout were ordered held without bail, but Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney Jennifer Bagby said that a third suspect, who fired the shot that struck the officer in the leg, remained at large.
Since there is no bail, Dart is probably going to release them early tomorrow when no one is looking. Then Foxxx will drop the charges down to misdemeanors. Then Special Ed will strip everyone involved. Rahm will write a check to the aspiring altar boys. A "peace circle" will be assembled and everything will be all right.

Off topic, Second and third watch PACs are the worst in 009. If they arent lazy they think they know everything and run the district. The oldest thinks shes a P.O and constantly tries to change the way things are done just to make it easier on herself. Werent these suppose to be retired P.Os??????

Even foot chases are very risky and should only be undertaken with great caution. Not worth it for some cell phones. Get well soon officer.

The State's Attorney already spoke with the store and officer about sending it to the Restorative Justice Community Court.

In Chicago the term is "piece circle" everyone gets some of the taxpayer's money, from the shit bird down to city hall...

I still can't believe how often I am out and about and hit a "late" yellow light and get stopped by my brothers in blue. I of course get a "see ya later" after a quick ID but I just want to ask the guys/gals WTF are they doing. Why is anyone doing anything anymore especially traffic related. I just don't get it. I had two traffic stops turn south over the years; one into a 4 year long race related ball of shit and thank God asshole lost. It was priceless then another was just a CR that turned into a 3 day suspension. I don't even know why coppers even check out ticket books anymore. Just saying. Both of my stops were initiated by me and my partner (lawsuit) and other I was 10-99.
Again I'm no longer in field. At 376 on light duty due to injury but I'm done in under a month. Just don't get the "super troopers" out there.
Kim Foxx is arranging her "restorative justice" plan for these two punks..... she's leaving a peace circle on the table as a resolution.

Pretty sure they on viewed this just driving down the street. What are you supposed to do turn the other way? Innatention to duty, cowardice. I'm all for the whole fetal less proactive policing thing but you are will s police officer with a job to do.
"Ain't no bail" to Dart does mean there's no reason to hold anyone.
The community says ain't nobody gonna snitch that boy out.
He's probably holed up in Atlanta by now and besides that he'll say his cousin's friend did it.

OMG!!! You don't say. Lazy is an understatement there's one that sits on one accident report all day leaves it open and won't do anything else. How hard is it to hand out radios seriously this chick is useless if shes not gossiping about everybody's business shes on Facebook. What's the purpose of wasting money when they should be hiring po's. Every district has a rush hour on every watch hire them part time.

The one police aide in 009 on third watch is so useless she asks for help constantly and waddles around aimlessly. Constant screw up thats a waste of a spot on the desk. The other aid actually does the work . On Days the oldest one thinks she owns the district and leaves little notes telling the other watches what and how to do things. How are these people getting paid for this????

PAC's are the useless clerks that call themselves officers. They have no one checking up on them they are lazy as fuck always leaving early no slip and they hate to work, the city needs to get rid of them. Have someone go around the districts to verify what they do.
Leave the PAC's alone PO's need to be in cars on the street, we got some decent ones in 017th all of them all watches.....
