Homicides Down, but...
- After the deadliest year in two decades, the first half of 2017 seemed just as grim in Chicago as homicides remained devastatingly high, raising fears that the “spike” in violence had become a new normal for the city.
Then in the second half of the year, homicides plummeted, particularly in two of the city’s most violence-plagued neighborhoods, contributing to about a 15 percent overall drop in killings over last year.
That decrease has raised new hopes that Chicago could make progress in shedding its national reputation for gun violence, an image fueled by both President Donald Trump’s frequent mentions and by the distressing loss on Chicago’s streets.
Let's see:

The only thing different? Donald Trump in the White House. So a hearty congratulations and "Well Done" to the President of the United States. You didn't even have to show up in Chicago to cut homicides by over 100 dead bodies.

Why arrest anyone. Kim Foxx along with Tommy Dart will make sure they are freed anyways. Just had another subject Dart placed on EM last week went missing. Was charged with multiple car jackings and the Sheriff placed him on EM>

De-policing will inevitably decrease the homicide rate. That is due to less in fighting amongst criminals. Less gamgbangers losing weapons to the police= less violations/shootings. Less gangbangers losing entire jabs to the police= less violations/shootings. It's the innocent that become victims... car jacking...robberies...burglaries. It's just another way that 9.5 and his Merry libtards have helped thug society.

They just ran out of ammo, the number of shots fired in this city is insane. I think if you extrapolated the calls you would find out that there is a bullet in the air every minute of every day in Chicago.
It appears the cancer has spread to 8 and 9 with violent crime .
