This is was happen when the mayor and superintendent neutral their police department. This is what happens when the mayor is only concern about getting re-elected, This is what happens when civilians run a police department, and now That the damage is done Eddie is putting his papers in a running.
OT Personnel from COPA are calling /emailing citizens and requesting that they testify or assist them in bringing charges against officers. Especially old domestics beefs. These are investigations that IPRA has unfounded or exonerated. They are hoping to get new allegations. My partner’s ex-wife said that COPA has been harassing her by phone and email. She forwarded the information to my partner yesterday. They were hoping that the ex-wife was still upset about the split, but the two have become good friends. My partner believes that an IAD supervisor who has it in for a few officers is behind it. He believes that his name was submitted to COPA and that someone asked COPA to dig into his past. He’s been to random drugs twice this year already.

Wife wasting time watching network new last night and on pops the disgrace to the church named Mikey . Resplendent in his African vestment and leaving over and practically kissing Jesse " Out of Wedlock" Racebaiting Jackson . So ole' Jesse mumbles so unintelligible BS and then tells Mikey "Hey Jesse ain't as young as he used to be" And then tells his lackey to help him up ..............How is that asshole still over by there anyway ? His "website" doesn't even say anything about the "church" they are a faith based community ?????Bet he stills gets $$$ from ole Blaser

After the community member returned to its lair, it promptly notified The COPRA, which is preprogramed on a stolen Alexa device.
The subsequent COPRA investigation lead to a 10 day Suspension for; (blonde) hair beyond the collar, an offensive display of a ponytail protruding through the back hole of a baseball cap and an unauthorized use of a black velvet scrunchie.
In lieu of time off, a Department barber was summoned to the District and shaved the head of the effected member and ordered to wear a Fitbit GPS ankle monitor for 90 days to track movements that exceed a normal walking gait and any period of non movement for more than 15 minutes during a tour of duty.

Caboodle keeps track of everything GPS related, and seems to update approximately every 30 seconds. It appears it does this throughout the whole tour.
What they keep track of: Date/Time, outside #, beat #, your PC#, what PDT you are logged into, YOUR SPEED, compass direction (0-360 degrees), and your GPS coordinates.
Remember, this is for your protection. Every. 30. Seconds.

So, glad to be retired. I knew when you had to start writing paper for unholstering your gun it was time to go. Geez, if we had to drop paper for all foot-chases on the Westside when I was new nothing would ever have gotten done.

It really is depressing to think about. But the good news is your retired! So don't waste whatever time you have left thinking about it. For the rest of us, when the depression kicks in, just keep in mind that your job now consists of earning about $90,000 a year for just driving around a little. Guys with 3-5 years on currently... sorry. There's really no good news for you guys. Just stay on tac cuz it beats midnights. Besides, you have no idea how much fun this job used to be.
