RINO Rauner also wants to stick it to us citizens by making us wait 72 hours for ALL firearm purchases, not just handguns. We already have to apply for a FOID ($20) and pass a background check. (30-60 days) Which I still don't know how that is constitutional. Another check when you go to buy the gun. Then, if you want to actually be able to carry that firearm, you now have to apply and wait 90 days for a CCL to the tune of $150 bucks plus whatever the training costs for 16 hours (never mind that you've been a FOID holder and have 30 years experience) Any new handgun is 3 days wait. Rifles are 24 hrs. Why the hell should we be forced to wait at all? We've already undergone several background checks and financial hurdles. Illinois is one of the most punitive states I've ever dealt with. I hold a Utah CCL which cost me $55 and $15 to renew. IL is $150 and $150 to renew. Why, it's almost as if they don't want their citizens to buy or carry firearms. Nah.... that can't be it. Can it??

Citizen reader: Not enough people know what a pimp Mike is. I listened to him speak and was appalled at his inability to intellectually craft his words. It is most unfortunate that the Church does not have the desire of the ability to remove hm from any association with the Church, They would rather drive the rest of us away than deal with people like him and other problems that perplex the Church.
He is the reason I no longer give any $$$ to the Catholic Church.

Well he is a screwball. Unless you actually believe that some clouted priest, chosen from other clouted priests, all of a sudden became the son of God with a wave of the magic wand. Look up the history of the Papacy to see how phony a position it is. Hell there never even was one until the year 366 when Constantine remade the church to benefit himself and Rome. The creation of the office itself was fugazzi. A few years later some other Pope started a long History of little boy buggery by saying Priests could no longer marry.
And now we have Politically active Popes spreading Leftism and the priest hood is still chasing little boys around the table and then covering it up after using money you put into that basket every Sunday.

I walked away when I learned the skinny on the Church and the priesthood. The Salvation Army is the recipient of my donations. It is a worthy organization, unlike the CCC, the Catholic Church Corporation.
Absolutely, lets make all murders equally eligible for the dearh penality. Phlaker you are a genius. Death penality for those in your flock who kill another member of your flock. Afterall we should be equal opportunity punishers.
