Complaint Against Rahm

The National Police Association has filed a complaint against Rahm - the only trouble is the person they filed it with was appointed by Rahm and isn't going to do diddly-shit:
  • Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel appears to have violated his ethics obligations by offering the ACLU and Black Lives Matters Chicago seats at the table in supervising the Chicago Police Department, according to a request for a full and formal investigation of Emanuelby the Chicago Inspector General filed by the National Police Association. The complaint was filed in response to the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between the office of the Illinois Attorney General, the City of Chicago and activist groups, who are each plaintiffs in lawsuits against the Chicago Police Department. The terms of agreement allows the activist groups to monitor the consent decree that the City of Chicago and the Illinois Attorney General are currently negotiating, and specifically gives the activist groups rights to enforce the forthcoming consent decree to oversee the Chicago Police Department.
The actual letter is at the link above. Expect this to go nowhere fast.

What a waste of time, money and ink. Everyone knows nothing will happen. This is Chicago. How about file a federal lawsuit? I guess no one filled these guys in about how things work here.

God bless President Ed Hutchison and his National Police Association.

However, this complaint has been filed with "the fox (Ferguson) guarding (traitor Emanuel's) hen house".

Like the local MSM, Ferguson is nothing more than a sycophant in the mayor's hip pocket--totally worthless with a demonstrated lack of ethics and integrity.

Call him "Mr. Cover-Up"..

What say you, FOP and PBPA?

Rahm has violated his ethics obligations? Are you kidding me? This jag off is ethical? Since when is a clown who denigrates a legitimate business such as the chicken restaurant back when that hundreds of thousands patronize everyday day with a claim it violates Chicago values? You have to suspend disbelief in order to believe the Mayor is ethical in the first place. It is a key example to the paradox in the manner that liberals think. Stay safe this day officers and all to my family members and friends who are the police.

I would like to know who signed this memorandum, on behalf of BLM. I would be good to know who to list on the lawsuits following the JVD/Laquan trial riots.

A Blue Flu action is long overdue. It appears that might be the only thing to get the Democrats attention. The only way anything will change is to bring a large amount of national attention to the way Rahm and the rest of the Illinois Democrats are racially dividing the nation. And lets bring some heat to the Vatican, because Cupich would be out there with Pfleger if he thought he wouldn't lose his job.

I wrote this the day before on a previous post and now this.... One Year and Three Days.

Listen ladies and gentleman, this goes a lot further than the election of mayor. Please remember there is a lawsuit for a consent decree (Lisa Madigan, Rahm and FOP I bet are talking to resolve this, I hope) out there and there is the push for another civilian oversight (by Madigan) with that probably entwined if that consent decree occurs. These civilian oversight groups want to also participate in our contract negotiations.

Let it be known, the biggest thin we need to focus on right now (FOP) is to focus on this consent degree matter and ensure that nobody but the City of Chicago can participate in our Contract. To all you nay sayers, dollar to donuts, believe me there is going to be another civilian oversight group (Madigan wanted this). Read the news, Almost every candidate for Mayor says this is going to happen. We need to make sure any dealings with this lawsuit for the consent decree does not allow anybody but the City to participate in our contract negotiations.

Common sense dictates this....The City has not even discussed the contract with the FOP since the lawsuit from Madigan. This pause in contract negotiations has nothing to do with the election.....This is about the consent decree and the progressive left trying to get at our Contract.

+++++ The terms of agreement allows the activist groups .... and specifically gives the activist groups rights to .... oversee the Chicago Police Department. ~~snip~~ The ACLU stated the agreement allows them to be watchdogs over the police. ... Black Lives Matter Chicago advocates entirely de-funding the Chicago police on its website. +++++

The following is a Tweet that the domestic Terrorist Group, Black Lives Matter Chicago, posted 10 hours ago: "#AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice #AbolishThePolice"

There's NO WAY in HELL that these Un-American Domestic Terrorists should be anywhere near an 'oversight' or 'watchdog' position regarding Law Enforcement. For one thing, Black Lives Matter Chicago is a Phantom Organization that in actuality, doesn't exist.

After reading the article I Googled 'BLM Chicago' and links to their tweets & Twitter Account popped up. I then went to their Twitter Page and a Link to their website was given: www.blacklivesmatterchicago.com. Got that folks, 'Dot Com', not 'Dot Org'.

And that was the first eye-opener, that this group is a Commercial entity, a Business, and NOT a Charitable Organization or legit Activist Organization registered with the IRS.

I then went to their website and it's pretty much what you'd expect, a bunch of anti-police bullshit. And over on the left hand side is a nice little link hat says: DONATE but the 'odd thing'(/s) is that NOWHERE does it say that this group is a legit 501(c) Tax Deductible Organization. Which makes since given that the website url is a 'dot com'.

The last thing I found, or actually, didn't find, was an ADDRESS. This 'org' doesn't have a brick & mortar mailing address. It exists only on the Internet! It also doesn't list any Organization Officers or how the group is made up. The ONLY Contact Info is to some church. BLM Chi doesn't exist, if you tried to file a lawsuit against them you couldn't because they're Phantoms, a group of random people.

Now given all this, how in the Hell can Rahm or anyone give this group anything. Let alone oversight of the CPD. That's f--king Insane!

ps: Black Lies Murder ChiRaq also Tweeted something about CPD shooting & killing someone last night yet neither the Trib or HeyJackass has anything like that?

Rahm’s boy Ferguson refused to investigate davina Ward on matters other than the cheating scandal. I sent all documents to the FBI and US attorney last week. Also sent to Durbin asking for an investigation. His office manager political hack Celeste Gabinski told me Durbin can’t get involved in local matters and suggested I contact my Rahm ass kissing alderman Sophia King. What a joke. I’m now presparing to file attorney disciplinary charges against Ferguson. I’m trying but Rahm has everything locked up in his favor.

What does that say about the current (and past) Merit Management CPD Structure...having hate mongers “supervising” the Police?
Guess that’s why el’Coprah gets to put out media statements through their very own bloated budget that now includes a well staffed biased public affairs division.
Pandering Rahm will rectify the issue, you betcha.

But seriously, why does CPD need a-c-l-u-b-l-m...?
We got Jugg-Hide Specialty Ed, ToeNail Prickwrinkle and KimmFxxxup doing a fine job disrupting any and all efforts to regain some sort of law and order.
Oh-oh-oh....they want to be paid for their opinion and hard work redrafting GO’s and UOF directives.

Since rahm is so tough, and supports the illegals why not show what a man he thinks he is and do what the New Mexican President is doing:

Mexico's president-elect shuns guards, asks 'people' for protection

When The Community demands Abolish the Police, it is time to oblige them.
Go on strike.

Give The Community what it wants, saying this is what democracy looks like.

Wont take long before that entire community is begging for the strike to end !!

-------
It seems to me that the information involved in the consent decree implementation is public record so as a practical matter there is no way to prevent anyone that wants to from "monitoring" it.

I don't see anyway anyone can enforce it except by going through the courts and again anyone with standing would be able to do that anyway.

I think Rahm gave them an agreement that says they can do what they already were able to do.

The City agreed not to challenge the "sranding" of any activist group to sue.
