I worked under Chief Waller when he was the Commander of 002. From my experience I can't say a bad thing about him. He was calm rational articulate fair color blind and not a micro manager.

How is it the Mauer got dumped for saying that they “were acting like savages” and Nothing happens to Waller for saying “You can pour syrup on SHIT but it doesn’t make them pancakes”. Is he referring to the citizens as POS? Or is he referring to their neighborhoods as POS? Either way that’s kinda. Talk like that would get a white exempt dumped immediately. Once again, no consequences for their actions. Just like in the street.

Fred Waller is one of the most humbled bosses I’ve met. Very approachable, stand up guy. He’s not a snake and he will do you no harm, unless you deserve it. Fred Waller is well loved by the majority who truly knows him.
