Building on the post the other day about the Kim Krew disregarding any sort of input from police victims prior to making downgraded and/or probation offers to criminals.....
- Word from the west side that Kim's office isn't charging dope and battery cases, even when there is readily available camera footage from the pods. Not only that, there are over a dozen homicides where Kim has the names and evidence linking the offenders to killings, but won't charge because there isn't a confession on tape.
So pretty much, if you keep your mouth shut, you'll get away with murder in Chicago. That's so very inspiring.

Why is anyone surprised? Foxx is a joke of a prosecutor. She’s a hack that has proven to be nothing but a racist police hunter. That’s all she does. She’s broken numerous ethic codes to make charge approval more strict. She’s single handedly released killers back onto the street so that they could kill again and commit more crimes. Who cares about her. Focus on the most important days of the month. The 1st and 16th and depending on the month, the 7th and 22nd (OT). Until we get a states attorney that is willing to punish criminals, there’s no point in doing anything else.
This is exactly the kind of corruption that the federal government was created to punish among the several states.
Leaking of footage along with documentation showing refusal to prosecute will see prison sentences doled out.

It's always been that way. Back then though, non merit detectives knee how to get the bad guy to talk.
We are The Police . Follow what we know. Many of us can’t just leave and retire. Document and send all complaints that are a blatant disregard to doing there sworn duty as judicial prosecutors under “State” law, to our Lodge 7. Too important!!! This has been going on well before Fox and now it’s reached a point that is dangerous to our lives, citizens, and more importantly our children’s well being. Our lodge has no lengthy record of such actions. If we in law enforcement bring forth a long list of such to the DOJ, maybe then, things will change. It’s simple to do. We know of too many occurrences of failure to prosecute, especially now with violent criminals walking on lesser or dropped charges. The answer to the violent crime issue that maybe a Presidential cabinet will listen to? A cry for help from lodge 7, on behalf of our citizens, for the governments help, with actual well documented evidence of our “County” manipulating our laws. Maybe a well deserved USDOJ investigation of our criminal justice law practices are the answer? The vibe is real, there are prosecutors following dangerous orders, in fear of there jobs, to downgrade or dismiss and act more like social workers on behalf of defendants, instead of prosecutors on behalf of victims. It’s a dangerous practice and message to send out as we have learned for too long now. So call the lodge and they can hopefully be able to do the simple task of then forwarding all complaints to the DOJ. Remember we increased our dues for a larger legal defense fund. And as tiny dancer taught us all “never let a good crisis go to waist.” God bless all this week and stay safe!!!!!

Dozens of killings?? Hundreds. People have been screaming on here for a while, felony review refuses to charge anyone with murder. I know everyone loves to bash the D unit, but they actually try to clear these murders. Multiple cases this year alone, of people being arrested for murder, released because they won’t charge it, and then killing more people.
You can literally be on camera committing a murder and they won’t charge it. Only one witness? Forget it. Have to have at least three people willing to go on camera and to the grand jury, after felony review keeps them for 6-7 hours. They won’t reject charges, they just “CI” it over and over. That’s their secret. This way if any heat comes towards them they can just say the police didn’t do their job, not them. It has to be a 110% slam dunk case to be considered for charging. And their ASAs still lose some of them at trial.
Kim is a one term disaster. This is pay back from the Richy Daley days as States Attorney
Is all this why Kimmie travels with four (4) bodyguards when she flies out of the County or State. Even the Mayor does not take four bodyguards when he leaves the City. But since its on the taxpayer's dime, Who Cares? Baby "G"

I thought about this for a long time, get rid of kimmy, then wait, leave her there as the States Attorney. Why I've changed my mind? Here's a hint, she is not performing her duties, letting major criminals back out on the street, and they are victimizing the people she said she would protect. To put it another way, kimmy is hurting her own and soon she will have to answer. Kimmy makes a Homicide Detectives job much easier and causes the Detectives to just say, "ASA refused to approve charges." She is causing a Detective Divison of a major U.S. City to play catch and release. Lack of top ASA Prosecutors, an inept Felony Review Section, Police Department unable to get felony charges makes for the perfect storm. Just think about it, kimmy might be a blessing in disguise in the long run. From my prospective, I encourage Felony Review to do their worse and have I stopped resisting the States Attorney's policies and the stupidity it generates. kimmy you go girl.........

Tips don't support charges. The family wants the police to scare the truth out of them. The witnesses won't cooperate. Maybe the family should blame them and not the police.
But if you get a confession on tape, they will grill you and claim you brutalised the choir persons.
Answer your assigned calls, drop paper, arrest on signed complaints when offender(s) are on scene and make sure your BWC captures everything for CYA purposes. If a flagrant on-view calls for you to take action and address, it is what it is. THAT IS ALL. Do the job you are paid and required to do. The racists (kimesha, prickwrinkle, etc.) have spoken, along with the SJW liberal idiots. Hard charging should no longer exist in modern day CPD.

A lot of the footage available is so grainy that no self respecting person would vote to convict anyone based on the video from these cameras. If that is the primary evidence against someone, not prosecuting is the right call.
Some camera company is making money on these cameras and make money from different police agencies buying their equipment

The longer weak cases go the the less new case will be approved.

I read this blog everyday and the more I read the more upset I get. I don’t blame the blog they do excellent reporting on the truth within the police department and the city. I just can’t believe how much the politicians get away with and the newspapers and federal government do nothing and by doing nothing it’s like their condoning business as usual or a type of code of silence. All these politicians want transparency for the police department but they want protection from transparency in their ranks, and nothing is done about any of it. How can millions of people in Illinois, Cook County and Chicago be that naive or are they just plain stupid. As SCC states “unfucking fucking believable”.
Read about the West Side State Senator's son who got a $100,000 I-bond for sexual assault back in March and was re-arrested a second time for the same thing. Who the fuck ever heard of a $100,000 I-bond? Oh yeah that's right, too many men of color are sitting in Cook County jail. Dart, Preckwinkie and Foxx. Amazing how only 3 people can fuck up the entire criminal justice system.
