Once Again, a Parolee
- A 19-year-old University Park man is wanted by police in connection with a shooting that left another man dead at Orland Square Mall Monday night.
Jakharr Williams, who is the subject of a manhunt, should be considered “armed and dangerous,” Orland Park police said in a news release. There is an active parole warrant for Williams, police said.
And the shooter?
Paroled for a Robbery charge. Perhaps it's time for the IDOC to admit that parole doesn't seem to work and for Crimesha Foxxx to start opposing parole for violent offenders?
Not that the victim was anything to write home about:

Orland, Orland Pk is where the hood rats are hanging out. Remember when Ford City was a dangerous place to shop, well now it's one of the safest malls. All the westside and southside transplants congregate in Orland and Orland Pk via 159th and expressways. Avoid if you can, if not carry two guns.

Every murder isn't bad. The useless criminals being killed by other useless criminals are good murders. Fewer criminals is a good thing. I don't give half a fuck what junior was planning to be when he grew up, because he chose to be a criminal first, and it caused him not to grow up. Good riddance and we need more murders like this. They just need to get better at killing their intended targets without collateral damage.
