At 2:15 this morning, Tony Escamerit decided to stop treating his officers like shit.

There are more full duty officers now in administrative spots at HQ than ever before. Have you ever tried to park there ?

So all the PPO’s go north and the veterans who would like to go north stay where they were at. Few years back at least in detective division all the openings were filled before the new class came out. That way veterans would get first choice. But that made sense

Me, too! You read my mind!
I remember back in 15, several of the afternoon guys would show up an hour late, with a straght face, beat the city out of an hour.
The best was Mickey Kyle, RIP, after being off Sat-Mon., came in an hour late on Tuesday.
Kept a straight face, funny thing was everyone believed it.
Mickey goes down in history, as the only guy fired for missing Traffic Court.
Truth is he was the Defendant.

In a previous post, it was claimed people from the consent decree came in and said there will be only 5 cars for each Sgt need more Sgts in the district. Post also said the department cancelled an order sending 54 sgts to the D units
