Starbucks = Assholes
- Six Arizona police officers were reportedly asked to leave a Starbucks on July 4 because they made a customer "feel uncomfortable."
The Tempe Officers Association said the officers paid for drinks and stood together in the coffee shop when a barista approached them, according to KNXV.
The barista told the officers they were making a customer "feel uncomfortable" and asked them to move out of the customer's sight - or to leave.
The officers decided to leave.
Starbucks closed every shop for a few hours last year to teach their workers to be racially sensitive. Then they started a national policy that you didn't even have to buy anything to camp out in a Starbucks or use their facilities - a policy we've used to our great amusement, referring numerous homeless people that there was a warming center right around the corner if they were cold.
But evidently, police officers - who paid for their own coffee - can't be seen in a Starbucks.

Boycott the liberal a-hole place
Full disclosure, I am not a coffee drinker. That being said, I know we have a lot of Starbucks drinkers. I worked several years with a guy who could not function until we got that coffee right out of the box. I get it, but, this company sucks big time. Don’t give them your money. F$&k them.
Time to make Starbux a regular stop? You don't have to buy anything, but I am sure you can trigger the employees and customers.
Let me know when they are closing for day for sensitivity training.
Any flatfoot that buys a coffee at Starcucks should be horse whipped by The Keesing Bandit. Why would you patronize a business that hates the sight of you and despises your position and political beliefs, well, at least those of us that are of a conservative bent. I wouldn't drink that foul tasting brew if they paid me $4 to take it.
Oh, and by the way, Seiser runs it and doesn't spend money at Starbucks. You know it's true!
Starbucks calls us all the time to remove Wack jobs,At 018 they are good to us that employee is a goof.
Illegal, illegal, illegal.
Make Starbucks pay with a humiliation campaign.
This one person vs. society (think Kaepernick) has got to stop.
Kaepernick only claim to fame is being an asshole. No f.b. talent.
It ain’t just for my amusement its now my way of life. I always transport the homeless to Starbucks. The homeless charge their phones, hang out inside and stink up the place. I always hold the door for them. Once inside I wish the homeless person a great day and on my way out, as I’m grinnin’ is I say hello to the liberal baristas. I’m not fully convinced whether they actually like me dumping the homeless at their establishment. But regardless they can’t do a fucking thing about it. Homeless delivery right before closing is the best. Just remember video always ON. If you’re doing anything other than observing you’re a fool.
Collect and watch the city burn.
Never could drink Starbucks. Too sharp, not mellow like DD. Do you think some crusty, old blue-shirts of yesteryear would have complied with the demand to leave the premises? Not a chance! I pity the fool!
Its starbucks what do you expect. Besides dont most cops go to dunkin.
Apparently it’s ok for Starbucks to treat their police officers like garbage. They should have told the customer to leave if they didn’t like the police. Aren’t the police customers also? How sad.
Starbucks In 103rd and Longwood has a semi with a trailer
unloading supplies to the store and without any concern for
parking blocks at least 4 to 5 parking spots on 103rd street ,
and sometimes they block a lane of traffic on Longwood drive.
There is no loading zone for these trucks! Maybe we should start
enforcing parking ordinances there. They don’t even pay to park
on 103rd street like I have too! Should we start writing parking
violations ??Since police are the villains .
Fuck STARBUCKS
Been sending all the homeless there for years.
They should have said they were not leaving...whatcha going to do call the cops?
just a civilian here, but i would never buy from starbucks any way. my protest started as soon as they opened.
The Starbustout Corporate Headquarters at 2401 Utah Ave South in Seattle Washington is surrounded by a homeless encampment with people living in mobile trailers. Starbuck's workers have to walk past the encampment to get in to the building. This was on the news a few weeks ago. They must hanging there for a reason. Wheres there food the rats will come.
Time to switch to DD! Let's boycott Starbucks!
The officers are too
Nice. They should’ve stayed!
Instead of leaving, uhh, just tell them to go fuck themselves. In those exact words or nicer depending on your personality. You’re a paying customer not breaking any laws or company policies of theirs. And we know you’re not violating policy from last years incident. so why not tell the barista to eat shit and stop bothering you while you drink your coffee. Or, just never go in there again. OR better yet to drive your point home, continuously go in there to make them feel uncomfortable, make them ask you to leave every day, and never ever leave them a tip. Don’t drink the coffee as it will probably be contaminated, but go in every day, make them feel weird by your mere presence, make them ask you the uncomfortable request, and never leave a tip. Why let a barista and some punk ass citizen bully you around? I’ve had nothing but problems with the Starbucks on Taylor street in 012. They fuck everything up constantly, forget part of the order, they’re garbage. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts on Pulaski/grand, they’re always super nice, get everything right. I always leave them a tip for the price of the coffee, and everyone is happy. All their employees there are great to us and friendly, they treat, like uhhhhh, humans. Dunkin’ Donuts isn’t fancy, but it’s tasty, gets the job done, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them throughout the city, on and off duty. Stop going to Starbucks guys, it’s not worth the money and they’re a bunch of fuck ups. Go to DD where they’ll treat you like a person and not some monster.
Fuck Starbucks !! Dunkins is way better !
Fuck Starbucks and their high priced horseshit coffee.
Oh, and fuck you too Lori
The union for Tempe police officers should demand an immediate apology from the CEO of Starbucks. The "only" idiot that would feel "Unsafe" with a police officer around is a CRIMINAL!! Take a look at the clientele of Starbucks...all Yuppies, good to do people that think their shit dont stink. 1. Starbucks coffee sucks, 2. Its over-priced. Obviously, their 1 day sensitivity training fell on deaf ears. It will happen and when it does, I'll be jumping in the streets to see all the Starbucks close up. Dunkin is much better and treats officers better!!!!
How much is it now for a cup? I bought a cup in 1970 and thought it was one of the biggest ripoffs I had ever seen. Haven't been back and haven't missed it. O'Well to each their own, if you like being made a fool of drink up.
They should only blame themselves now, for doing any business with Starbucks Communistocrats. . Don’t spend a nickel in any of those joints, Fools. What did you expect ? Being welcomed with open arms ? Wake the fuck up to Reality.
If snowflake is so afraid of cops, I suggest that if she is ever in need of one to call a Starbucks Barista instead. The offender would then be offered a cup of coffee and they could sweet talk him into putting down the weapon and a group hug.
Bring your junkies there, give them a fresh needle and 3 bucks for a coffee when they wake up on the bathroom floor.
Every cop in the area should frequent the place. Not buy anything, just use the facilities. We will then see if cops are as welcome as the homeless. "We don't discriminate!" Right!!! What do you call asking cops to leave is?
Not a cop but fully support you all. Hang in there. Some of us really do appreciate you.

The action of that employee is not an isolated incident for Starbucks. There isn't a month that goes by without a story of some Starbucks SJW "barista" messing with police. Yet guys continue to go there. Beyond the fact they have no problem treating the police like sh==, who knows what these people do to your coffee. Yet the Starbucks mgmt. refuses to address the issue or take any action against the "barista." Any idiot who continues to give Starbucks their business or money deserves to be treated like this regardless of how "good to us" they are.
Never saw this on the news.
I wonder if they would ask a group of homosexuals to leave because they make me feel uncomfortable
Fuck you starfucks
because they made a customer "feel uncomfortable."
.......................
Ummmm, weren't most of us raised that, if you feel uncomfortable in a situation, YOU leave. I would boycott them if I went there.
Stay safe boys and girls.
Now now now.
Not merely warming centers when jack frost be nippin'!!!
These establishments are also COOLING centers!!!!
For when that sweaty body is in dire need of cooling off!!!
Why, how could you have possibly missed on this essential public service being offered to everyone????
Unlike Starkist, EVERY SWEATY BODY is fit to be cooled at starbucks!!!!
Why, they may even now be offering free do-it-yourself laundry facilities, available to everyone!!!!
After all, their policy has been well established to be that only police officers can be considered as disturbances of their peace.
Everyone else is welcome!!!!
Come on into your nearest starbucks COOLING center!!!
Kick off them clodhoppers and cool off them sweaty toes!!!
And, should your other areas feel the need for a cool breeze, why, NO PROBLEMO!!!
We is starbucks!!!
Where everyone, except the police, can have a nice, cool day!!!
And maybe even make some new friends!!!!
We friendly like that!!!

You're lying. Unless you were in Seattle. In 1971. Stop the bullshit.
And I don't even like Starbucks.
Managed several convince stores and a truck stop back in the 90's, Police got free coffee and sodas at any store I ran.
Go to Starbucks and when they ask your name for your order, say TRUMP. When your orders done they have to yell out TRUMP. Then just sit back and watch all the other customers have a meltdown and cry.

You got the right idea
I can understand how any food service business would want to make enemies of the Police,
Such places are going to need the police on occasion , besides your suggestion
payback can be a biatch.
^can't understand
“Police like you have no friends”
File a civil suit. I'm sure the business related laws in AZ or Tempe have something about discrimination. Sue, like everyone else does. Starbucks has very deep pockets.
i don't even know why Cops would support this "left wing' coffee shop....
I get it free at multiple locations.
Not into boycotting makes me feel like a snow flake.
If a place treats you bad stop going and send inspectors in for violations you should know.
Never forget you are the government when you put on that nifty uniform not a security guard. MAN UP
The coffee is overrated, most locations are generally filthy and prices are outrageous.
The actions of the barista reveal the complete indoctrination and delusion so many are living under.
Saying goodbye to Starbucks was a very easy decision and I highly recommend it.
To CPD and all LEO’s, thank you for being watchmen.
You are appreciated by so many.....the only thing keeping us from complete lawlessness, I can’t imagine where we’d be without all of you.
God bless and keep you.
a grateful citizen
I wonder how slow I could actually drive, how loooong it would actually take me to get to a call of a crime in progress at a Starbucks?
You’re on your own motherf*ckers!
DD. Likes the Police just go there, no snowflakes
So my question is if the police officers were to go up to an employee and told them that the customer
was making them feel unsafe, would the customer be asked to leave? Isn’t that how it should be?
Just keep sending the homeless there. Fuck them.
I would make this Starbucks a second police station. it sounds like a good place to stop and fill out reports. By a drink but only in a sealed container so it can not be tampered with. Look for all parking and licenses and wants and warrants.
Have the health inspector in once a week. And yes keep an eye out for illegal's.
check out this employee wants, warrants parking ect. keep the city safe and your self safe.
Between Starbucks and their social engineering, and their former CEO, Howard Schultz who is, or was running for President as a total LIB, I've never bought any of this over priced horse-piss! Then tip the barista (read college grad with huge debt & lib to boot!) Remember a few years ago the #RaceMatters campaign?
Just sell a F**kin' coffee, a shoe made in a 3rd world country or shove Ben & Jerry's elsewhere. Oh ya, and the razor company (Gilette) with the blades I no longer buy.
You'll have a lot more money not making these SOBs richer than they are!
ALSO CHECK THIS OUT! This group looks at ALL police facebook posts! Beware or stay away from social media! https://www.plainviewproject.org/
https://northdallasgazette.com/2019/07/06/4-dallas-cops-on-admin-leave-25-under-investigation-for-racists-social-media-posts/
But Farra-conn, BLM or Father Faker can spout hate. That's ok!
If it's this bad now, what will it be in 5, 10, 20 years?????
NOT ILLINOIS. NOT LAW. HAPPILY RETIRED.
Soooo... it's okay for some Starbucks snowflake cashier (aka "barista) to tell LE they have to leave because some "criminal in waiting" made him/her nervous? And yet, they have depository cans for needles after their customers shoot up?? That's NORMAL??? I hate Starbucks, always have. Hate the arrogance of the cashiers, hate the "tip" jar, hate the whole "we are the world" fake crap they want us all to think they are and since I don't drink coffee and don't know what it tastes like, I have never spent a cent there. I'm just a citizen but LE is welcome anywhere they want to be in my opinion. No questions asked, no raised eyebrows, no complaints. God Bless all of you in the dangerous world.
Maybe the 19th District will stop having the Coffee with a cop there and go to one of the independent coffee shops in the district. Gettin’ a kickback to the CAPS office?
If you are the police and you patronize that SJW, police hating coffee shit shop you are part of the problem. I don't give a shit if its free, stay the fuck outta Starbucks. Shitty coffee with shitty SJW employees. Get a clue boys and girls they hate the police. Just keep sending all the homeless and shitbums there way. Dunkin Donuts is the way to go.
They did apologize but made no mention of any action taken to the employee that created the problem. So of course nothing will be done. Why anyone would patronize that company to begin with is beyond me. Grossly overpriced and run by leftest nut cases.
"Starbucks apologized to the Tempe, Ariz., police department after some of its officers were asked to leave from one of its shops on the Fourth of July following complaints from a customer who said they didn't feel safe with cops present.
The coffee giant apologized for any "misunderstanding or inappropriate behavior that may have taken place" and said it has "deep respect for the Tempe Police Department."
The company went further on Saturday, with Rossann Williams, executive vice president, president U.S. retail, writing to the Tempe Police Department: "On behalf of Starbucks, I want to sincerely apologize to you all for the experience that six of your officers had in our store on July 4. When those officers entered the store and a customer raised a concern over their presence, they should have been welcomed and treated with dignity and the utmost respect by our partners (employees). Instead they were made to feel unwelcome and disrespected, which is completely unacceptable."
She added: "At Starbucks, we have deep appreciation for your department and the officers who serve the Tempe community. Our partners rely on your service and welcome your presence, which keeps our stores and the community a safe and welcoming place."
Definition of Clown World. 🤡🌎
The sad thing is dummies will keep going to Starbucks. Go to DD. They support law enforcement through the Special Olympics with cop on top.
Hmm! What's happened to Starbuck's policy of Coffee with a Cop? Used to be scheduled once a month in our neck of the woods. Always got a decent turnout with residents asking all manner of questions. Perhaps Dunkin should pick up the slack.
Dunkin! They have no problem kicking mutts out of their stores!
How is that not discrimination?
Take your time, or don't even show next time a call for help comes in from SBux
When cops are spending thier money they are customers just like anyone else. I say hire a lawyer and sue Starbucks. I don't drink that Shit coffee anyways and I dont know why cops go there.
Can I ask the Purple People to leave they make me uncomfortable H
Cops should sue discrimination by corporation
I prefer Dunkin Donuts anyways. They've always taken care of us when we want to make a larger purchase for the station. The employee have also been invited to watch Retirement of officers. They've been like part of the family for us.
Tasters Choice is far better. For many reasons, not only the flavor.
Why would u drink that SHIT?
Starbucks behavior in this example cant be excused. The next time I see an on duty Police officer walk into Starbucks (I call them Seven-bucks!) I am going to offer to buy them a cup of coffee, and make a big deal out of it to let everyone there know I feel more comfortable with them there.
Why does one asshole always get their opinions validated in this country these days? Why cant someone stand up against such an obvious idiot? The barista should have shut him/her down immediately and we would never have had this story. This is the same liberalism that asked Sarah Sanders to leave a restaurant because she was a republican.
Starbucks IS the best cup of coffee in town where I am at. I will still frequent them, but now I will ask what their policy is on serving police officers.
I was in the Starbucks on Division once, and a woman from "corporate" Starbucks offices offered to buy my coffee for me. That was darn nice! And by the way Starbucks stock (SBUX) is up over 20 dollars this year! I wish I had the sense to buy under the 50 dollar mark. They are opening the market in China and it looks like a long term buy! So GO Starbucks! (To the Moon!)
Seriously officers don't be pushed around here. Bring your laptop in, sit down and do your reports. That's what every other mouth breathing millennial is doing there. And should you be asked to leave, politely ask for the baristas name. I'll bet they retrain the employee or fire them outright! You may get a free coffee for life card for their foul up here!
Didn't Kramer get a free Latte card for life on Seinfeld for getting hot coffee spilled on him? Too Funny! His lawyer was Jackie Chiles!
Black Rifle Coffee (veteran owned) is donating a sizable amount of coffee to the Tempe PD. They indicated at current and future, Black Rifle Coffee Company retail locations members of law enforcement will always be welcome, and those who complain about them will be shown the door.
"Honesty is a very expensive gift. Don't expect it from cheap people."
Warren Buffett
Find someone else to do your horse whipping. I would try to educate those officers with a generous supply of my famous white wine spritzers. They are simply misguided.
Now, kees me you fool!!!!
The only reason I go to Starbucks is to take a shit
But evidently, police officers - who paid for their own coffee - can't be seen in a Starbucks.
Labels: un-fucking-believable
Only a liberal POS would want to drink freeze dried dung from Arabian horses...
Starbucks and their left wing assholes management can kiss it...Dunkin coffee cheaper.. treat all Americans with respect including Police
I don’t spend 6 bucks on a coffee anyway but apparently the far left does...
This incident should be televised for all to judge.
Last time I was in a starbucks was in DC about two years ago. Thought I walked into a homeless camp. Never again and not another dime of my money. This episode in Tempe seals the deal for ever.
That right there just upped Howard Schultz' chance for becoming a front runner for the democrats in 2020. Liberal sissy asswipes.
Those starbucks employees hate the police but are the first ones to say "What took you so long to get here" when they get robbed or some homeless crack head starts seizing on the floor.

If you aren't addicted to that shit go ahead and lead the charge, some merit boss may be getting his morning joe on the arm there...
Seriously who cares, i’d Never step in one again, let people know that you’re never stepping into one again also.
Imagine a father being asked, " What does your son do for a living "? With much chagrin he says, He's a barista, at Starbucks. I bet he has a man bun, too.
Never had a bad experience at Starbucks. Especially the one on Taylor in 012. Numerous employees have taken the extra effort to remember us by first name and are extremely personable. I'm not going to let one jack ass employee spoil the bunch.
Man, even the super liberals at Dark Matter coffee like us!
Liberalism is a dangerous mental disorder.

Typical of 018 District Suburb in the city Police. So Starbucks fucks over most cops across the Country, but as long as you get your discount for playing to them as Bouncer, it's OK to patronize this pace ? You prima-sona cry-babies will never change. Now go have a fuckin Latte, One-Way Street Police...
Screw Starbucks and their overpriced swill.
Anywho... my first thought when I heard about this yesterday was; 'What kind of person feels 'uncomfortable' in the presence of police officers, or even looking at them'?
My immediate conclusion; NOT the kind of person that I want to be around!
The fact is that I've never been in a Starbucks, never had any of their coffee, and certainly won't be in one in the future after this bullshit. And I'll do everything I can to convince everyone in my family to avoid this joint like the plague. This anti-police attitude didn't spring up by osmosis.
And this isn't a 'boycott', it's just common sense!
pps: Back in the stone age, there used to be a restaurant on Western Ave, around 4100 South, named Ray's where officers in the 9th District would meet up to eat lunch and take personal's. I always felt MORE at ease and just safer by their presence when they'd come in.
Can't we all just get along? You people are missing the obvious. The coppers should have told Betty Barista they were homeless. Check and mate.
Take the money you would have spent on Starbucks coffee and buy $5 giftcards instead. The distribute them to the most aromatic homeless you can find. Tell them to drink the coffee there.
How about the media track down the complainer, find out their occupation, show their home on tv, interview them, behaps hound their employer to fire them, and just call them out in general? WOuldn't they do the same if the roles were reversed, in that a cop told the Starbuck's employee they did not feel safe due to a certain group of customers race?
"Implicit bias" on the part of the media? So it is ok to stereotype an occupation but not a race? What is the moral distinction? Perhaps this is "liberal privilege," would a conservative viewpoint enjoy such deference? Of course not.

Great idea. Let Starbucks do the babysitting and see how they like it. This should be done all across the Country...
So simple solution boycott Starbucks period. No more. If cop caught with a Starbucks Coffee boycott him or her. You got to stand for something.
If you still go to Starbucks I would definitely watch them handling your cup from start to finish. You never know what they may drop in it. Every recruit should have to watch the movie “Casino”.
If it had been me I would have gone and state next to the Snowflake. Come on guys you got to stand up for yourselves.
Don't hold your breath waiting for that CEO apology. Bet the coffee clerk got a promotion.
DD from now on.
I wasn’t a fan of Starbucks before all this virtue signaling because their coffee isn’t that great. I stopped wanting to go when I found them infested with bums. Throwing cops out? It’ll be a cold day in Hell before I go back.
sounds like bs. coppers should bring a lawsuit against starbucks.
the barista should of told the customer to leave if they are in fear because the police are there.
would starbucks be so quick to ask a customer to leave their establishment based on race, sexual orientation or religious belief if another customer said they did not feal safe with them there?
boycott starbucks and demand the barista to attend sensativity training
So, I want to make sure I got this straight.
Starbucks will accommodate junkies:
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6576089/Starbucks-installs-boxes-bathrooms-drug-dealers-throw-syringes-needles.html
….stray bums who buy no coffee:
https://fortune.com/2018/05/19/starbucks-nonpaying-guests-policy/
…...yet will ask paying customers to leave if they make other customers uncomfortable.
Got it. This is good to know. I have a list of types that make me feel uncomfortable. I hope Starbucks will eject them when I tell the baristas.
Just a symptom of how fucked up this Country has become. The cops should not have left. Starbucks is as left wing as any company. Next time there is a gun point robbery at any Starbucks just don’t show up.
MS
The Starbucks at Broadway & Diversey is super police friendly, both customers and employees.
Retired guy said:
There was an incident like this a few years ago in small town somewhere.
The Chief of Police declared the restaurant off limits.
No lunch, personal, etc were allowed at that location,
police could only enter on official police business.
It made national news. The chief stated on an interviewed that the business
owner does not want police, so the police will only go there on police business.
What a guy. Their Mayor backed up the chief.
Citizens boycotted the restaurant.
The business owner wrote an apology letter, fired the involved employee.
He sent free food to the station which was thrown away, for police fear of tampering.
The businessman begged for the police to return
Finally, the chief rescinded his no go order stating no place was off limits, without mentioning the restaurant.
Moral of the story is if police stick together were are a social and political force.
Why is it when one dipshit worker or manager is an idiot, the outrage is against the entire corporation instead of the one store involved? I understand if it a pattern of assholery, but I sometimes think we have an overdeveloped sense of indignation.
There was a rumor that got around years and years ago about their dislike for the military overseas which proved to be a falsehood.
I think they still have a Armed Forces Day that includes LE.
Who’s minding the social media when they hire?
Or just forgoing any background checks with “must hire” just to get gubmint incentives?
Anyone else that does’t bake a cake or excludes a particular demographic would be in deep financial shit.
All doing their bit part leading up to the 2020 elections and the Dem’s promoting in-yo-face politicking, the loyal unhinged employees are freaking out again. This is a badge of honor for the organization.
Used to go there will regularity everyday, most of the managers/employees were quite friendly and some even accommodating.
Though some downtown shops were stocked with the pinhead liberals, general weirdos and social militants, I was always able to break the ice with a compliment of sort, which always throws them off.
Never understood the tipping thing but I always tossed in a buck regardless.
As for cost, maybe MacDonalds is cheaper, but to me it’s a weak brew and bums hanging around.
Stopped going SB altogether, don’t buy their coffee beans for home either since they enhanced their loitering policy and essentially blamed the police...for Acting Stupidly™️.
So now by-passing Pacific Gardens, I send my ne’er-do-well clients to the nearest StarBuck with a $2 blessing.
Civilian here.

Why write about it? Do it
FUCK STARBUCKS!
Socialist piece of shit company!
DD was good coffee 20 years ago, it’s watered down crap now, SB is great coffee and it’s only about 35cents more a cup. I ran into a corporate guy from DD a few years ago and he asked me if we come there for coffee and I explained, no we just come here to use the bathrooms because the coffee has no consistency and doesn’t taste good over half the time. Boycott? There was already a corporate apology and this is a isolated incident.
This is the same company that refused to send our men and women in the military coffee over seas. This is a systemic cultural problem within the company. Nike, which is from Oregon, has the same problem. They have aligned themselves with the anti police and race bating kapernutz (half white). Nike has taken up his cause, however they sure don’t appear to want to change their sweat shops of modern day slavery. Next up! An antifa cold brew energy drink, to go with your personalize anarchist kicks.
I'm not a coffee drinker but if I were I wouldn't patronize this place ever. Hope the rest of the blue nation follows suit and sends this liberal ass company a Grande middle finger by not buying from them.
Starbucks does not care what people say about them as long as it is free publicity. Listen to founder Howard Schultz. According to Howie, every story in the news about Starbucks was free air time. Nothing will happen to the Manager or workers in Tempe. Nothing to see - move along.
Double parking to get coffee is a no no parking enforcement person!
Overpriced crap coffee. Only time I drink is when I get a good coupon. I hope these officers don’t respond to any 911 calls as that would make them uncomfortable
Would this be prejudicial against police officers? Or is this example racism but then again if white people are stupid enough to go to a rap concert they deserve to pay extra what is wrong with white people there I said it
Biracial rapper pulls out of festival after learning white people charged $10 more than people of color
https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/afrofest-festival-biracial-rapper-white-people-of-color
But then again we can be proud of this person for pulling out of it because the rapper is biracial just like Barry Obama is biracial his wife says on her speaking to her that he was a black man in the White House no dear he was biracial he was raised by a white mother at the was not for his white mother he would’ve never been president of the United States of
Bel/West(Old 019)know what it’s like to work 24 hour SBUX. Their employees called early and often for Bel/Clark location.
A waste time and money
The Starbucks on at 103rd & Longwood has been good to the police for as long as they've been there. Condemning the whole company because of one asshole barista is like condemning all police because of one asshole copper. Just sayin'...but I don't care for their coffee either.
Starbucks issued a formal apology to the Police Chief of Tempe Az. It came from their headquarters. Don’t let the actions of a single, uninformed coffee barista impact your opinion of this company.
Been retired for over 10 years now. Back then we were warned to NEVER let them make coffee without watching them. Yes, even back then we had trouble with the liberal that work there.
Dunkin has always had better coffee, friendly and they really like the police. Probably because many of them are legal immigrants and appreciate America.
I obviously wasn’t there but I wish they would’ve refused to leave until they were good and ready to leave.
Let the customer who felt “uncomfortable” leave
Yet another glaring sign that this country is so fucked up.
When this “uncomfortable” customer is getting his/her ass kicked or robbed would he/she be “uncomfortable” by several officers being near them then??
Major league asshole....... and so is the Starbucks employee who made the request.
In the beginnings Star Bucks was great to the Police everything good must come to a ending.
All the liberal's can drink frappachinos, watch CNN, drive their Subaru's and listen to NPR. Starbuck's makes money off the weak minded lefties. They have never gotten on cent from me and never will.
george soros and starbucks coffee the anti american combination
f-ckyou starbucks i now go to panera bread its alor cheaper too.
Never would of happened in a Dunkin Donuts store !! Only the elite buy Starbucks over priced garbage !!!!
I nor my family or my extended family will never ever step foot in Starbucks again! I been in there a few times but fuck them!! We love the police and we love the good Ol U S OF A!!!! GOD BLESS OUR MILITARY, POLICE AND THE USA!!!
"Do you think some crusty, old blue-shirts of yesteryear would have complied with the demand to leave the premises?"
Crusty old blue shirts probably wouldn't be paying five bucks for snowflake-approved coffee in the first place.
Starbucks....Burnt Coffee in a Carboard Cup. ♠️
I wouldn't have left. And if they gave me time for it I'd be sick every Christmas.
There comes a time when you have just eaten enough shit.
Any officer that goes to Shitbucks needs there head examined. when you get a call there with the homeless person locked in the bathroom go get coffee at Dunkin first and take a slow roll. Yuppies need to smell the piss of that homeless man !!
I hate Starbucks but sometimes go with friends, never again. Another liberal shithole is Trader Joe’s on Roosevelt and wabash. Their ex con security cater to baby mommas who park illegally in handicapped zones and let the wabash Avenue piss bums hassle customers. And they also block traffic up to Columbus with their deliveries. Pigott has been contacted a number of times but he is more interested in sucking up to the liberal cop hating garbage and the alderman than to do anything. Why is burke still making merit picks too? Shows what a joke Rahm and loris buddy failed us attorney John Lausch.
The Chinatown Starbucks gives coppers a play. No chance coppers will give that up. Sad
Fuck Starbucks. Drink some black rifle coffee. It taste amazing and they support veterans and police. That’s all.
Criminals may not be the sharpest tools in the shed, but they are opportunists. And when a Starbucks store makes it clear that LEOs aren/t welcome, any mugger or strong-arm robber would read that as "target rich environment." Hipsters use Starbucks' free wifi, so there are cell phones, laptops and tablets in abundance here.

So you want to screw over some working guy because some dipshit was rude to cops 2000 miles away??Makes sense to me.Now go have a nice Soy Mochachino decaf and relax.
Tempe should get a bunch of Retired PO’s in there to stage a sit down. Just like in the Military, Cops have no Rights!!!
Late 2000s: first noticed them inside Barnes & Noble.
Always saw a line and a crowd. Decided to try them.
Gave order & paid. Girl (I didn't know better at the time)
asks me my name. I ask why. She says so we can write
it on the cup and call your name when we finish order.

Hearing now, customer was white, all cops were white.
Let me tell you, if you complained about uniformed cops
being inside a public business in the 1960s, that would
have aroused suspicion, and at the very minimum YOU
would have been asked to leave. The very basics of
business economics says 6 customers are 6 times more
valuable than 1.
High end stores ask police to leave all the time in 018...Gucci, Tiffany's, has asked cops to leave because the patrons felt scarred.....Starbucks? one Jagoff employee....big deal.....but more recently im hearing supposedly Pink Taco in 018 told a couple of uniformed detectives that they were refusing service after the cook saw them and bailed...
Heck... that is the first place I'm robbing in AZ. Then to the next... and next.
I’m confused again. So Starbucks opened their arms to the poor homeless souls some time ago. They can use the bathrooms, warm up, beg etc ....
Then why are all of the Starbucks in Chicago now placing password protected bathroom doors in all of the locations? To keep the police out?
I Haven’t seen the locks on the suburban Chicago locations yet. Could this be racist? Could they be trying to conserve water? Or is it just racism? Only Starbucks knows. They’re good at pointing the finger at everyone else

Their civil rights were violated. NO FUCKING BODY
can request that another person be deposed from a
public place, when they have done no wrong, just to
satisfy the whims of one CRAZY FUCK.
This is a lawsuit vs. Starbucks. It's time the cops hit
the lottery.
It's not the CRAZY FUCK. It's Starbucks for listening
to the CRAZY FUCK.
They should have a Corporate Policy that CRAZY FUCKS
do not rule Starbucks.

anti-Capitalist dog-headed asshole who fucking failed
math and has a net worth under $20K.
Sorry, if I go to a traditional college football rivalry like
Harvard-Yale, I just can't say I want the fans of the opposing
side to leave. WTF is happening with this Democratic
political takeover society that we find ourselves in?

Starbucks had an ACLU day a year and a half ago. Collected money for them. Ass whipes like Murphy who ran for alderman in 39 was a big fan. He also got voted out for his position. Starbucks in only good when you're constipated. it's greatest benefit is diarrhea but the company hates cops.
If I was a shithead in Tempe I know where I'd do my armed robbery... sounds like a big slow roll to me

once you leave.... the employees say you are so fuckin assholes
Time to re-visit an old favorite. White Castle. Need I say more?
The police were at Starbucks first as paying customers, then some stroke customer walks in and feels UNSAFE because of the police present. This guy has a real problem with police. Its not Starbucks fault, its their customers.
I do recall when former CEO Howard Shultz instructed his baristas to randomly talk about race. The campaign was another flop of a race hustler attempting to agitate.
I can't stand their lattie fratti stupid speak. If that weren't enough the coffee sucks too!
Starbucks Fuck You!
No more Starbucks for this family!!!! Jerks!! How dare they?!

WTF THE ONLY REASON I VISIT STORES IN 018 IS I SEE POLICE PRESENCE... PERIOD. Shame on Gucci and Tiffany's - I'm selling my Tiffany's items. Will never buy Gucci parfum or any other item again. F them.
I WANT to see POLICE in these establishments.
Thank you LEO's for all your help and service.
Let's all start opening black rifle coffee locations or at least support dunkin donuts.
Why is it okay for a citizen to ask for police to leave because they’re scared of them and then Starbucks obliges? If I saw a young black man and told an employee I’m uncomfortable and scared, would they ask the young black man to leave? What if he was Hispanic? Asian? I think their response in those instances, and correctly so, would be “sir/mam, the young man isn’t breaking any laws of policies, he’s sitting having the coffee he just bought, so I can’t ask him to leave.” So why would it be acceptable to ask police to leave because someone is scared? I would like to know their policy on this. So I can have whatever irrational fear I want and they have to oblige my insanity?
supposedly Pink Taco in 018 told a couple of uniformed detectives that they were refusing service after the cook saw them and bailed...
Sounds like he had a warrant....

Adjusted for inflation, 75 cents in 1970 is $4.99 in 2019.
Starbucks was founded in 1971, so today's cup of Starbucks that costs $5.00 would have cost roughly 75 cents in 1970-1971.
Some of the crusty, old blue-shirts with who I worked back then would have paid 75 cents every now and then if the place was clean and they liked the swill, and wouldn't have gone near the place if it were dirty with piss-bums or they did not like the swill or they were unappreciated.
Roger that on Black Rifle Coffee Company!!!! Veteran owned and operated! Best coffee I’ve ever had, plus if you are part of their coffee club you get discounts to other great businesses. Sig being one of them to name a few, Dump the Bucks!

That’s a national program...
Never had a bad experience at Starbucks. Especially the one on Taylor in 012. Numerous employees have taken the extra effort to remember us by first name and are extremely personable. I'm not going to let one jack ass employee spoil the bunch.
7/07/2019 09:18:00 AM
You, Sir or Madam, are the problem. Keep enabling bad behavior and it will continue. Just as one copper is accused of representing the Department and the rest of us, this employee felt empowered to pull a move like this. No, we will not let it go without a response. You are simply motivated by your free or discounted coffee. Grow a backbone and stand up for what’s right.

Drugs and the restaurants have been a constant since Capone. It's obvious that the non-profit producing cash business of the higher rent districts are like the churches of the Community; fronts for money laundering. We all know about waiters dealing coke (Remember Ronald Goldman), so it makes sense that places that indulge in sketchy behaviors are uncomfortable with police as patrons. It takes a certain kind of chutzpah to pull off this kind of life, and the downwardly mobile 'barristas' are unlikely to have what it takes to pull it off. If they did, we'd see more aldercreatures with Starbucks on their resumes.
07/08/2019 11:44:00 PM
Excellent point!
I worked at a Burger King in the suburbs in the 70's. We were mostly all high school kids working there. The Police would stop in for coffee or dinner and always got prompt service and a smile from the kids there. The Owners welcomed the Officers and made sure we workers knew that.
I have no idea what kind of knucklehead feels threatened by Police patronizing a restaurant.
Well, now that Starbucks has seriously issued a formal apology, I can again go there without any guilt. Starbucks is the most boycotted chain in America. If they ever figure out how to treat heir paying customers, their business will probably double. it IS the best cup of coffee in town, bar none. DD is good too. Their signature latte's are REALLY good. And I like the new paper cup. I never liked the Styrofoam ones. Kudos to DD for forward thinking here.
To everybody suggesting a lifetime boycott on SBUX. It didn't really work with Ben and Jerry's. Lets accept their apology and move on! Now can I have my Hot, Venti Latte with three shots? The past two days have been Hell without it!
If you receive discounts at SB and enjoy it , right on .
Get coffee to go , sit in a park and enjoy your coffee away from SB .
Sad thing is , this act of anti police climate in America was not covered like the race baiting male blacks that loitered , did not buy anything and then demanded key to bathroom .
Nothing racist, manager was following Sb policy .
No race mentioned , person that felt unsafe , Sb employees or police officers?

30 years ago, dinner at Howard Johnsons....5 minutes back in the car and the plumbing began erupting...made it to the shitter just in time... The cook was eventually arrested...
Pathetic Starbucks! If anything, they should give our Police free coffee just for being there. Unfortunately, the snowflakes are too ignorant and self-absorbed to care about anything except their own misguided agendas.

It seeems to me like the author did stand up for whats right. One employee who is an asshole doesnt mean the entire organization is bad. We always are trying to prove that one bad cop doesnt make an whole organization bad so now it is time for us to practice what we preach. If you arent smart enought to recognize that there are many people in the general public who hate us yet act nice to our face then you need to learn a few things about life.

blast from the past cuthbert j twillie. rays on western! in the 90s i worked for the city and in the winter we had a 7-12 truck that ran city wide. we ate once a day. ...........at rays! fabulous greek steak, soup and salad, potato and drink for like 6.00! and ray would come and sit with you and usually give us a free shot or beer if you drank. being the night shift everywhere was dangerous but rays always had a group of blue shirts sitting in the back room eating that gave us the warm fuzzys. we're not in kansas anymore todo, i dont want to sit in any establishment at night unless there ARE coppers sitting in there. if someone told me 30 years ago we could have one politician completely destroy american values in 2 terms i would have said they were insane. good job obama with your chicago values. and one more thing. fuck you rahm..........pussy.
Mr. SouthSide says---
Ray's on Western kicked BUTT! Good food and plenty of it.
Not like those dainty North side places. The exception being the Rainbow near Cabrini.
Don't you guys enforce parking regulations anymore?
Yeesh!
