Fenner has always been clueless, as far back as her days in 003 when she would literally hide in the review office to avoid any kind of work. And of course good ol’ playboy Ernie Brown would allow it as she flashed her eyelashes at him. She has been on the street less than a year her whole career, guaranteed. Another of one of those individuals promoted without a clue of what it is to be a real officer working the streets. That’s what happens when you promote an incompetent and clueless individual, who should really be answering phones at the most with the knowledge that she processes. I’m sure 009 can’t wait to get rid of her one way or another.

But it happened on afternoons at about 9pm. Also, there was parking lot security. He was leaving for the night and passed the offender up in the 009th district parking garage. Instead of taking police action, he went in to the 009 desk to tell him what he saw. They in turn told a guy on the watch who was leaving the station to start his tour on midnights. He and his partner then went in the garage to check it out and the chase was on. Too bad the parking lot security guard must have been way too busy practicing his dance moves so he could ensure that he is put all over the internet again dancing with the citizens on duty in full uniform like a joke. He completely dropped the ball and failed to take police action. Instead he went to the desk to tell them. Stop worrying about your dance moves and actually do your job as a police officer. Not some entitled millennial pu&&y who has absolutely no business being the police. No wonder bad guys don’t fear the CPD anymore.. it’s nothing but a bunch of clueless dopes like this guy who got shoved in their lockers too many times in high school.

Not sure how this "station security" spot was brought about a few years ago. All our station security spot is another place to hide someone. All he or she does is work the radio room, hang out at the front desk ect... never leaves the station. A waste of a spot.

No one should be allowed in ANY of the police station lots. The lots are a poor design, one section should be ONLY for police cars, one section only for police personal cars, and one section should be for citizens conducting business. THERE SHOULD BE LARGE FENCES SEPERATING THE POLICE CARS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC CARS IN THE PARKING LOTS. CITY WONT SPEND THE MONEY FOR FENCES!

Aint that the truth. I was in 003 when she was a PPO sgt. I was on an arrest and remeber the district going up for grabs and units were requesting for a sgt. What did fenner do. She went and hid in the back of the station trying to avoid going on the streets. I just shook my head.
Just use it as a hole no proactivity till they make it a post.. lt wont put 1 car there put 10 yourselves do nothing but answer your calls who cares...
i have worked at 100s of secure facilities in the chicago area. the differance is its their money, property, and product. they fence the shit out of everything, camera up every where and put a security guard on the gate to check i.d.s. nobody in or out who doesnt belong and personal cars dont get in where the goodies are kept. easy peasy and i imagine their insurance carriers insist on it. like i said its their money and stuff, when you deal with politcos its always somebody elses shit thats getting stolen so why should they care ? democrats = destroyers.

Last spring I fractured my left foot and was told no medical section parking was available in the lot because I could still drive a car. Nearest street parking was at 36th Place and State. I AM THE JOKE !
