Rod Loses His Shit...Again
Rod gets angry when his name appears on the blog, especially when it's pointing out his incompetence. He's not going to like this post, and there are waaaay to many witnesses and camera footage for him to deny it:
- When is someone going to pull an EEOC beef on RR? This is the second time this year that he has falsely accused an officer of racism without any proof. This time he included his merit hack Admin Sgt. And double merit hack Tact Lt. In on the fun. The bosses ganged up and tried to convince the officer that they had BWC evidence that was so overwhelming that he should just take their recommended 3 day spar, thus depriving the officer of his right to FOP representation when accused. These three geniuses and the officer’s own Sgt. told the officer that he should take the 3 days or else they could turn it into more. They were doing him a favor by not pulling a CR. The officer was adamant that he has never uttered a racial slur at any time, and demanded to see the video. After reviewing the video with all parties present, RR saw that the officer did NOT utter a racial slur. He actually apologized and then told everyone to keep this to themselves, they were going to keep it in the office. The following day word got around and other officers started asking if it was true that this officer was a racist.
Once again, RR acts based on emotion, damaging the reputation of an officer with baseless allegations. Even worse is that the Lt. and the officer’s own Sgt. did nothing to kill it before the officer was accused. Then they actually encouraged the officer to take the three days and admit to something he never did.
Saddest thing is if these officers who have been wrongfully accused by RR do file a complaint, they will be retaliated against, targeted and bricked by the soon to be again promoted RR and his cabal of inept gold stars.

- Well SCC the shitshow continues! Angry Rod needs anger management. must have Logged on here this morning and saw red because I heard him rip the head off of some poor day watch sergeant for releasing the tact team prior to checkoff. Not sure why the day sgt was getting screamed at and not the tact sgt, but rod had a fit and kicked the desk. At least he didn’t hurl a radio at a wall in the station like he did the last time a bunch of people got shot. Maybe he needs to go to the academy for yoga training to chill out. If he screams at sergeants in front of us, I guess he will scream at anyone.
Perhaps Rod will be in the next round of demotions?

Hey guys.. don’t get bent out of shape about this. Just do nothing. I’m a worker, however with swiping now and boses like this and the pressure they put on stats I even say do nothing. Do you really think the Commander would have that written up on paper? Most likely not. He then would leave the Sgt alone because he'd be scared. Come on guys. Got to tell ya, but Russ was a very talented police officer back when. Russ has always been a worker. Even after SOS was disbanded a number of those guys shut it down (rightfully so) and laid down on a beat car.. can’t blame them at all. Russ kept going and kept working. Many of you don’t realize because you have 15 seconds on the job but that is the old style mentality of what this job was. It was never “cool” or “acceptable” to do nothing. In fact, if you were a dog then you were ostracized. Now, being a dog is seen as “cool” and if you are a worker then you are in the minority. It just shows the type of people and work ethic that this city has now. Hiring nothing but college educated kids who never had a real job before they became a cop. This is a great job.. it beats most jobs out there. The only problem now is that college kids get this job right away and do nothing because they don’t understand how tough other jobs and life really are! Now, it’s a bunch of spoiled kids who whine because they have to work midnights, weekends and holidays. They get bitter because they have to work saturdays and it’s BS. Kids with 3 years on trying to go and work days who think they have put in their time. Well, hearing that Russ is demanding activity is fine.. NOBODY worth their salt use to accept a dog and accept zeros. Apparently the mutts in 007 do. It’s a shame because I was an englewood ranger and everyone worked and it was a great unified district. Now it seems like a bunch of crybaby sissies.

When I worked in A/2 that Lt. Anthony Carruthers lodged the same baseless allegations against me. I asked him half a dozen times to backup his allegations and half a dozen times was unable to articulate basis for his accusation before finally backing down. This is the same Anthony Carruthers whose family has a proud tradition of serving first in the city council and then serving time in prison. First his Father and Then his Brother. And why did he slander me? Because he overheard me say Jesse Jackson is a POS. Would anyone disagree with that statement.

It seems to me that no one was deprived of any right at all. There is no requirement that one exercise a right.
Police routinely try to get suspects not to exercise their rights and often are able to convince them to do so. Why would anyone be surprised that it would be attempted against a fellow officer?
