CR's for Helping ICE?
From the ICE post yesterday:
- Just so you know CR numbers were already pulled today on the officers who just responded to help. The numbers were direct from city hall. Not just any officer who had a role but any officer who was even on scene. Unbelievable.

Yes. True as I am one of the officers. I went on the air so I was on the PCAD. I showed up on scene and the disregard was already given. I got out of my car and talked to a few people just BSing. Never had a role in anything nor did I get within 50ft of the interaction of the agents and the people they had stopped. Got notified yesterday that a number was pulled and that I along with numerous others were on it. Not as witnesses but accused. I was told that the PCAD and GPS of all cars on scene was pulled and they were put on the number. Even I know that this CR number will go absolutely nowhere but just the fact I have to deal with it. I also see every single officer on scene getting exonerated no matter what their role was.

Another poster stated that the Wod's father ran Wod's detective agency.
It's Wod's, the elected representative for the lieutenants.

As stated in your previous post, SCC, CPD was MANIPULATED and TRICKED into responding so how can a copper be punished for being there? Sounds like I'd use Aldercreature Lopez as my defense.

A dispatcher who had a supervisor deemed it an emergency and broadcast it over a federally funded OEMC system.

If there is a CR number this should be used as a test case!
The officers involved should be directed to Cooperate but limit answers in any investigation.
Yes I know this is a big step. But it would push the investigators into filing further allegations......maybe termination!

This then could be brought into court. And the city would have to defend the reasons not to assist any law enforcement officer calling for
help, let alone how the officer on street or Sgt can determine who and how to refuse to help any officer???
This would be similar to any Fire fighter or paramedic seeing a fire or car crash on the border of their city and refusing to take action.
Or like now if any officer is involved in a weapons discharge and refusing to give aid to the shooting victim on scene....

I saw an ICE truck pull behind a restaurant, causing many workers to scramble an run. I didn't see any CPD personnel, but the truck did have 3 Penguins printed on the side.
Boys and girls ICE is the easiest agency to deal with. Just get an agents number. When you have an illegal you just call and pass on the info. There are so many illegals here they run the info and they do all of the work. You can ask to be notified when the shitbag is gone or not. Easy.
I will always assist other law enforcement agents! I don’t give a shit what the politicians want me to do I will always uphold the law. They can punish me all they want and I will deal with that appropriately. No one can tell me to defy the law. Got it Mayor!

This was read at roll call and I instructed all who work for me to assist them is they call for help, I will take the CR proudly. I am not letting a fellow L.E.O. get hurt or killed because of this asshole mayor or any other politician. I have to live with the decision should I turn the other way and not assist and God forbid they get killed. No thanks I will help regardless of what anyone says.

Any officer who was issued a CR please retain a private attorney as well as FOP counsel. File an EEOC complaint and also a civil lawsuit beginning with the Sergeant who obtained the log-CR number and anyone other supervisor, employee of the City of Chicago who initiated or is involved with obtaining a CR. I would also contact the National FOP in order to get this to the White House. I think you would find a staunch advocate in the Oval Office!

Could there be liability for that supervisor in a civil matter? Possibly, depending on the circumstance, criminal offense, Never!
