A full complement of officers manning all the beats on all the shifts probably wouldn't hurt.

Just listening to WRLS Rush Limbaugh program they are saying at least 40 people shot over the weekend and the count keeps going up and up not just Eddie needs to go the entire command staff needs to be gone nothing but a bunch of punks and drunks.
