As the pointlessness of contacting law enforcement increases, the requests for law enforcement decreases.
And what remains is survival of the most willing to apply full measure solutions as their default.
Presuming this result is not what the "reformers" want does not mean it is not the result they will get.
Zero law enforcement presence = 500 + or - dead per year will seem a pittance.
The upside: more whom civilized society needs to be dead will be the math that keeps on giving.
