The libtards in New York, not happy with rising crime rates, have decided not to jail people who carry weapons or fight the police (yes, you read that correctly):
- Under the City of New York’s so-called justice reforms, suspects will no longer be held in jail for carrying weapons beginning in January.
Offenders found in possession of a wide array of weapons – including guns, switchblades, swords, machetes, and stun guns – will instead be issued a “desk appearance ticket” and “set free,” the New York City Police Benevolent Association (PBA) pointed out in a Facebook post on Tuesday.
Lawmakers also eliminated cash bail for hundreds of other criminal charges.
“This law starts on Jan. 1st for ALL of New York, not just New York City,” the PBA noted in another post.
- An 18-year-old Barnard College freshman who was killed in a park near campus fought her teenage attackers in what police called a robbery gone wrong, authorities said Friday.
At a hearing Friday night for a 13-year-old boy charged in the stabbing death of Tessa Majors, authorities revealed alleged details of her slaying...

A 23-year-old man passing by tried to intervene, but he was stabbed in the thigh, police said. Both men were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in critical condition.

Retired 13 years on Medicare here. Got the FOP Medicare / Aetna health insurance. Any of you retired CPD know a dentist that I do not have to go in hook for to get a few crowns /caps for my fucked up teeth. Live in the Garfield Ridge Area, Clearing is also close.
FOP is offering dental insurance after 01 Jan 2020 for us retired guys with MET life. Will it be worth it or stay a cash-paying shmuck to these dentists.
The costs are unreal. Most dentists start at 1K a tooth for crown/cap.
My old dentist who was great and never charged me any cost retired.
I am not talking about those 3 K implants per tooth advertised on TV.
The implants are like laser eye surgery, the cost was 5 K when it came out and now it's 1K or less for both eyes.
Thanks to anyone who can help this old fuck.

Over the past 20 years I always remembered growing up in the 80’s and 90’s in and around NYC comparing what when on and what you got away with back then vs now. Always thinking I can’t believe how the police would never let that stuff go on now. Now presently as a police officer in NYC you see a group of kids blasting music in a parking lot or drag racing down a street, we never take enforcement now. You would have to be stupid to get involved and issue tickets just for the judge to throw it out.

Take the insurance, especially with your dental problems. You get like $1200 yearly benefits and I’m sure the premiums are not even a fraction of that. The $1200 plus free cleaning xrays and exam
Also my dentist, if I go over the $1200 limit still gives me the negotiated rate, not the total cost
If you get a $180 filing, the negotiate rate may be 100 you pay half or $50. If you have no insurance and as you say are the amuck you pay $180
Only time not to have dental insurance is if you are young and have good teeth
Another quick note, on our current dental policy for retirees the company pays for 4 cleanings a year

This week at the Academy, a veteran police officer with a distinguished career, well respected amongst peers and past recruits alike, was relieved of his position on the gym staff and relocated elsewhere because he was deemed ‘a danger’ to recruit training!
As it turns out, the foul language and sarcastic comments he uttered during recruit punishment for tardiness - hurt these snowflakes feelings so irreparably - that their homeroom instructor (another veteran officer and marine !!!?? ) had to come to their rescue. This brave homeroom Veteran, cast Vicariously as both Villain and Victim, was vivified at the viciousness of the verbose gym veteran’s villainy, and vowed to seek a vendetta, not in vain, but to vanguard the victims virginity.
A CR was initiated against this barbaric officer as recruits hands were held as they recorded their hurt feelings and the spoken bad words in to/from subject reports.
While the ending of this story is still unfolding, you can sleep safely at night knowing that while future PPOs might not have the same physical skills acquired by prior recruits, nor be as well prepared for violent encounters, or be fortified with mental toughness to withstand personal insults and ethnic slurs, they will be well trained on documenting bad words and hurtful language used by officers and offenders alike!

I just opened the Sun Times Sunday paper. After years of supporting the criminal justice reform legislation and very little
coverage of the president getting the legislation through this year there is the front page story of a child abusing priest,
who can't even remember how many children he abused do to the fact that he abused so many over so long a period of time.
On the front page the Sun Times explains that this monster is being released earlier than expected due to the legislation that
the president signed. If this is not the perfect example of yellow journalism I don't know what is. Once again the Sun Times shows an extreme bias that it continually states does not exist. Thanks again to the "Hardest Working News Paper" in the

I do not understand why any officer would make a street stop. Let them do what they want. We can only hope that they attack a liberal, politician or judge. No, that scene was filmed near the north end of Riverside Park, about a mile from the place where Miss Majors was slain.
