Special Ed Officially Gone

  • Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s office announced late Wednesday that former Chicago Police Supt. Eddie Johnson has officially retired from the police department.

Although Johnson had been fired Monday as the city’s $260,044-a-year police superintendent, Johnson remained on the city’s payroll Tuesday, returning to his career service rank of lieutenant. But the mayor’s office said he was no longer employed as of Wednesday, ending a 31-year-career with the force.

“We have been informed that effective today, Mr. Johnson retired from his career service rank and is no longer employed by the Chicago Police Department,” the statement from the mayor’s office read.
So was this with thirty days notice? Is he covered by insurance or does he have to hop on the wife's policy?

Oh wait.....

"Special Ed Officially Gone"

That's like saying the last rogue elephant was finally
shoved back onto the soon departing circus train.

Mx. Mayor Lightfoot doesn't do doo-doo even though she
IS responsible for a lot of it being dropped. Something about
awkward and unseemly optics.

Watch y'all step...

That's why she whistled in Beck and handed him
a push-broom, shovel and garbage can.

And man... There's an awful lot of the stinking stuff
laying all over everywhere/everything at CPD.

Rahm made Ed the "accidental superintendent" because Ed
was/is a big, fat, mean, stupid, sloven, craven, under-
educated, intellectually disinterested, dick-centered
stooge given to easily succumbing to baser urges who was
easily controllable by Rahm because he was up to his
eyeballs in the Lieutenant Exam Cheating Scandal and had
a vested interest in protecting his then side-poke
somebody-else's wife/now soon to be HIS ex-wife N.Fenner
and all his stolen promotion "frat-bros."

(Funny shit when G-Mac found out how disposable
the slippery little gonif mayor showed him he was)

Rahm deliberately bypassed the national search process
because the very thing he NEEDED was a black face
in the CPD supt. spot...

The very LAST THING he wanted was to fuck-up and
"accidentally" put somebody black who was actually
smart/intelligent/had their own well informed thoughts
regarding The Police, Policing, Public Order,
Public Peace and Public Safety.

The City Council, the make-believe clergy, the communerty
activists, the aclu, #blm, local media and the nasty-assed
crouching bigot/hidden racist liberal democrat progressive
true believers would've all joined together, chased Rahm
down and lit his narrow, shitty ass on fire for fucking up
and deviating from the script in putting a smart and well
sorted black from outside of Chicago as Superintendent.

Enter...
Ed "Ghetto Chumley With a G.E.D." Johnson."

Mistuh Slump, Slouch & Lean himself.

And you just KNOW Rahm al-Ghoul is laughing his ass off
at how this explosive shit-exhibit between two clown shoes
on the wrong feet is very publicly playing out.

Terminate every living ass that Johnson
gave undeserved promotions to...

For good measure, reach back and royally dank
on the asses of McLoudMouth's merit stooges too.

All the organizational rot is at the top.

Police Like You Have No Friends.

Look.
Point & Laugh.
Leave.

Drain the swamp sir before you go back to selling your My Pillows. Bounce the Special Ed crew, Tony Escamilla and the commander who dresses up like the Elf-On-A-Shelf for Christmas. Embarrassing. The brass in this department is a real tool box.

I believe the 30 day thing only applies to FOP. PBPA can get the insurance if you go between 01 May and 31 Dec.

A word of advice to special. While the karma train is still on your ass, be aware of the following. Now that you are no longer a sworn member of the Chicago Police Department, in order to lawfully carry a concealed firearm while anywhere in Illinois, you'll need a conceal carry permit issued by the Illinois state police. In order to carry a concealed firearm anywhere outside of the state of Illinois, you'll need an Illinois retired police officers national conceal carry permit, commonly known as HR-218. failing to possess a concealed carry permits illegal. just saying.

That’s the rule for FOP. Sergeants, Lieutenants and Captains have to give 30 days notice and retire between 1 May and 31 December. I believe he put his notice in 30 days before the hammer fell.

That is the FOP contract. All a lt has to do is retire between May 1 and Dec 31 and give 30 days notice. He did that so he will get insurance.

He started getting his pension yesterday when he retired. Was there even a CR? , only IG is investigating. At least now I hope all the comments about him not getting a pension because he was a police officer will stop
He will get his first pension check January 1 or whenever that first check comes usually 6 to 8 weeks. They might not give you a star or I’d but the check will be there
Before all the comments about an open CR, think about it. An investigation like his could take months or even years like some of those other and they can’t stop your pension check if you haven’t been convicted of anything except a felony, let alone just an allegation.

In my opinion, that 3-1/2 years pay as Soop should be forfeited...for Acting Stupidly™️ and being a lazy do-nothing during that trial period.

Really. Why would you say the FOP contract. It has nothing to do with him. He is a Lt and isn’t under the FOP contract. Let’s and above negotiate their own contracts and benefits. Not a very good source

No Pension based on best 48 months in last 10 years. Lt Pension won’t be involved at all He will get 42 months at supt pay of $260,000 and six months as chiefs pay what ever that is maybe 170,00. That will be the salary basis and he will receive 75% of that or around $180,000

Where do you come up with this nonsense fired for cause? Has nothing to do with cause. Read the pension law. You have to be CONVICTED OF A FELONY that took place related to your police activities

According to the Illinois Pension Code, “none of the benefits…shall be paid to any person who is convicted of any felony relating to or arising out of or in connection with his service as a policeman.
