Lisle Shooting

  • A woman accused of shooting three Illinois State Troopers Friday night, killing one, had attended the same west suburban high school as the slain trooper and had a valid license to carry a concealed gun, according to police.

The woman, identified as 51-year-old, Lisa V. McMullan, of the 1400 block of East 55th Place in Chicago, opened fire on the three state troopers shortly after 10 p.m. Friday while they were together at the Humidor, a cigar lounge located at 1600 Ogden Ave. in west suburban Lisle, according to Lisle police and the DuPage County coroner’s office.

Gregory Rieves, a 51-year-old retired state trooper with 22 years of experience, was killed and two other state troopers — one retired and the other off-duty — were wounded before McMullan turned the gun on herself, authorities said.
RIP Troop. And hopefully a speedy and uneventful recovery to the wounded.

another brainwashed socialist striking a blow for justice. this state is beyond lost. another fool taking the people of illinois down the toilet. r.i.p. officer and prayers to the wounded and family left behind. to survive a law enforcement career in this shithole just to be killed by some loon democrat is just terrible. watch the media flock to see what law enforcement did to piss off the dead shooter. fuck these people, give them the nothing they so richly deserve.

It seems like the brother and sisters of the great ISP have had one tragic incident after another during the last ten years. The ISP highway people saved many a CPD' copper' jobs.
Always liked those people that were well groomed and sharp as hell.
Please Almighty, please give the great ISP people a break from tragic incidents.

This is terrible! I am sure the media will put their anti-police spin on it. I find it funny that they can publish pictures, names, ages, and career status, when the police are involved, yet when a offender commits a battery, sex assault, or a homicide, the only description the media seems to develop or publish is male or female and young or old. Sickening!

RIP Trooper and prayers with the wounded and their families for a speedy recovery.

First of all, God Bless and RIP Officer Rieves, and wishes for a speedy recovery for the two other officers.

There's a lot more to this story than speculation it was a SJW who did the shooting. There is a photo of the two of them together in Google images.

Damn shame Mayor Lightfoot can speak condolences for a RAPIST that died in a helicopter crash that played for the Lakers but the GROOT cannot say a damn word about an awesome Trooper that was killed along with the fellow troopers that too were shot by some crazy ass bitch!

We appreciate your support blue family. 2019 was one our worst years in our history with 4 Troopers killed in the line of duty over 60 hit in traffic, 2 shot and numerous others assaulted. Need less to say thank you for your support and always having our six. We know we are never truly 99 because there is nothing like the blue wave. Take care, God bless and be safe out there.

Road Troop.

Be a little more circumspect with this...

One of his teenage daughters was on the chopper with him.

Just sayin'...

Just because Groot is shrill, hateful, hollow and classless
for how she/he/it belittles, mistreats and goes out of
her/his/it's way to demean and slander The Police,
doesn't make the juxtaposition with the Kobe Bryant
tragedy ok.

Other than that, you're spot on.

Bullshit!!! There were others that died in the horrific crash right? My point was simple! A damn good Trooper was ignored and such a practice of showing disrespect needs to not go unchecked! Period!

Police officers are people too and as such have issues in their personal lives. Just because you wear the blue doesn't mean you are untouchable or that you get a pass from the ills of life. Tragedy can befall anyone in any line of work. No one but the deceased and the woman who took his life knows the real reason why. She will be judged, its not your place to do that, she made sure of that.
As far as the crash. A 13yo innocent child along with 7 other people who were loved dearly by so many lost their lives. This isn't the time for the rant. Save it for another day.

Until the country has a president that served as an Law Enforcement Officer, military veteran of active duty service or both this country will continue to be ruined! Imagine a President that served as a former Deputy Sheriff Correctional Officer! That's what I am talking about. Wouldn't that be great!!!!!
