What Do You Want from Cops?
- It's time for the American public to decide what we want from law enforcement. Warriors? Counselors? Guardians? Priests? Social workers? Magicians? Do we want the cheapest cops possible? Or, do we want well-trained and well-screened cops who are equipped with every tool needed for every possible eventuality? As long as cops get recruited from the human race, they're going to be exactly human, with everything that means. Or do we want the beat cop from grandaddy's hometown, with nothing but a smile, a wheelgun and one set of cuffs?
Really, we want it all. Admit it, we do – and we want it all without paying for any of it.
Every officer needs to be an empathetic, well-spoken, SEAL-trained ninja, with double majors in psychology and social work, who considers the job a calling, and has no bills to pay, no nerves to fray, and enforces the law completely objectively while also using discretion at all times, unless it's going to result in arresting – or not arresting – the wrong person at the wrong time, for the wrong thing, in the opinion of every member of the public.
If that person existed, he wouldn't work for you. So we've got to deal with what exists, and what exists are humans.

Don't worry, our progressive globalist masters are directing the robotic field research scientists to get the infantry, police and fire fighter drones ready for prime time. It'll solve all the problems, it'll only do as it is programmed and if it gets destroyed, they'll build a new one. I'm not really optimistic what our future is when this happens but I'm sure the human hating globalists have an idea what to do with us. Lets face it. There will be no law enforcement until laws are enforced. That means Kimm Foxx HAS TO GO....along with the Chief Judge who has done a dismal job. You wouldn’t know it by all the accolades these morons get to hide their failings. But you will know when you get beat over the head or witness a bunch of assholes walk out with armloads of clothing, purses or anything else they can casually stroll out with. WE HAVE TO GET RID OF FOXX FIRST. Make an EFFORT to vote against her and tell everyone you know to vote against her. The usual fools will vote for her but her back is against the wall and the only people who can get her out is normal law abiding people. Assholes wont care that she is an incompetent fool. Her color is what they vote for even though people of color are hurt just as bad by her atupidity. VOTE HER OUT.
The SJW pols have brainwashed the public into making the police the bad guys and always complaining about our conduct. The SJW pols use this strategy on a continuum promising better cops but knowingly the promise won’t be kept. If the SJW pols ever delivered on their promises and all things achieved the SJW pols run the risk of losing the blind support of the various communities they have made out to be victims. No bad guys, no victims, no need of SJW pols. Hence nothing can really be achieved least influence is lost. Logical papers have no place in the SJW world.
I want garbage men and women with guns. Your dealing with the worst garbage in human society so act accordingly. Just fill the jails and a lot of body bags. That is how I see your job, all the rest is BS. You can and should arrest or shoot you way out of the mess we are in. Anything less will enable the criminal element and make things worse.
Anyone with less than 10-15 years on the job and is not looking to leave the city for a better life deserves what is coming down the pike. Get out now and leave the city and state in your rear view mirror. Stop making excuses and get out.
All this job is is a paycheck. It'll never be anything different in our lifetimes. At this point it's the police that need to start making changes and adapt to the new world. The citizens are the reason we're out there in the first place. If they don't want us catching the bad guy or keeping the streets safe, then don't. Robbers, burglars, armed offenders, let them run away, don't put yourself in harm's way, pretend to give a shit when the victim tells you their sob story, write that beautiful, well articulated paper, and collect your paycheck. This is the new world, truly.

I truly believe, wholeheartedly, Experienced Police Officers have much more knowledge then lawyers, when it comes to the Law. That Police Officers are True Warriors, who run towards the threat against humanity, Protecting ALL OF US. Who risk their lives each and everyday they go to work. Counselors you say? Experienced Police Officers will run circles around people who have a double major in psychology.The Police deal with people, who are in need of mental help, multiple times a day, in an uncontrolled environment which the Police Officer ends up controlling. Experienced Police Officers are also the best Social Workers I have ever seen. So my conclusion, The Police Officer is a multitude of professions, who are underpaid, not appreciated, expendable, as well as human.If you ask me, the citizens already have what they want from the Police. I’ve been saying it for a few years now, we are being given more responsibilities and taking on more roles but not getting anymore money. I’m supposed to be a social worker now, an expert in mental health and god damn medical personnel too. People don’t want the cop locking up bad guys, they want officer friendly in schools handing out stickers. Just like the article says, that’s great until an active shooter comes to school. Look at what ends up on the news and social media, rarely is it police doing police work. It’s police dancing with kids, playing basketball with them in the summer. “Police were called on kids playing basketball, and they responded by playing a pick up game with them” or some stupid shit like that. But when things go off the rails and people start dying, they look at me like why aren’t you dropping out of an airplane taking out bad guys on the way down!? General Mattis has a great quote “we are not the perfect guys, but we are the good guys”.

That's how it is, the most stupid stuff cops do gets the most press. Like this, police lip-sync battles go viral. Look on youtube and you see many stunts like this. Supposedly professional law enforcement officers acting like adolescent-adults at best. Have to wonder about the cops taking part and the leaders in charge. Oh but it's good PR, community relations. These political chiefs like this stuff. But, but it shows we are human. No it shows you are a pandering fool. And do they think this actually makes a positive and lasting impression? It makes them look like clowns. This does not win respect. I watched some of them and it was embarrassing. These are really adults the cities can trust with a gun and making split second decisions or do they look more like high school kids posting stupid stuff on social media? And when the older brother of the kid you were playing basketball or rapping with is arrested or shot you are back to being called every filthy name they can think of.
