Another "Hard Call" by Kenworthy

The judge who gave a cop shooter a $50,000 D-bond has a body count to go with her lib-tardedness. This is from two years ago:
  • A man beaten by fellow gang members in a videotaped punishment fatally shot one of them in December after complaining about being punished, prosecutors said Wednesday.

    [...]

After another attack about 6:30 a.m. May 8, 2017, at the same apartment on Kilpatrick, Hernandez was charged again with domestic battery, and a long-term order of protection was issued. He pleaded guilty to domestic battery in June and was given a year’s conditional discharge — a type of probation — court records show. Later in the year, he was charged with violating the terms of conditional discharge and then, on Nov. 14 — a month before Beganovic’s killing — given another year of conditional discharge by Judge Diana A. Kenworthy after pleading guilty to violating conditional discharge, according to court records.
Conditional discharge....on a conditional discharge violation. And Kenworthy let him out so he was able to kill someone. The someone turned out to be another piece of shit gangbanger, so no great loss. But there really have to be consequences to repeated bad behavior.

Someone previously posted its long overdue for a federal monitor appointed by President Trump to clean up Cook County's legal swamp. The judges need a binding Consent Decree. And no tricks with big name law firms populated with connected with prior democrat swamp people, no democrat appointed federal judges who are "yes" men and women and no "educated" university collaborators giving the appearance of "Hope" with "Change" transparency and accountability talking points stuff either. Drain that judicial swamp!

Real reformers not democrat performers. And federal stings, wiretaps, tax record subpoenas, slippery sloped process crimes like lying to federal agents as transformational tools for justice. You will know change has occurred when orange club fed jumpsuits replace black robes as the uniforms of the day on those benches. Law abiding tax paying God worshipping decent people can only hope.

Does double secret probation remain on ones permanent record? That’s quite an albatross to carry.

Well as I see there was a consequence for bad behaviors, a gangbanger was rendered room temperature. What is so bad about it that. Good going judge keep up good work. You just got my vote.

Best way to thin the herd. Nothing to see here it happens everyday in Chicago court system. Someone pays off the good judge and gets a favorable ruling. Been going on for decades why do you think lawyers with good practices want to be Cook County or Chicago judges, all the under table tax free money coming their way. These are Chicago politicians of course they are on the take. Not their fault after all it even has a name, The Chicago Way.

Was their any return fire, if so why is this POS even alive in front of a judge. Time to get to range and perfect your aim, one shot one kill is goal.

The judge can't see the murder from her gated community, and can't believe how racist you cops really are. Ya see judge, prison is for the good of society, no matter what color those locked up happen to be. Get it? It's not racism, judge, it's just an uncomfortable reality.

Consequences? In Cook County? Ha! Wait until one the judges or a family member is the victim of violence. Then it will all change.

blame the media. They just don't print what really matters. Even now, with corruption running crazy in this city and state, all they care about is saying bad things about Trump. What really matter is left in the dark.

Very little about this judge. A 2009 article describes the
turmoil of a husband-wife two lawyer household with kids,
sidelining the reader with stats that more and more women
are entering the legal profession. A family is no excuse for
poor decisions on the bench. She must live in a gated
community with armed security.

I watched the State's Attorney debate last night. Fioretti, the endorsed FOP candidate, called for people to vote against every judge slated by the Democratic Party because the corruption is wide and deep. I agree with him.

Kenworthy's term ends in December 2020. She will be one of over 60 judges who WILL be on the retention ballot in November. She is nowhere near retirement age and she is too dumb and lazy to give up a cushy $200,000/year job. Vote her ass out in November.

There is no way all of those conditions can be met by people from Illinois.
