So far, I’ve received 8 yr old, expired hand sanitizer, a PPE kit that was assembled by PPO’s, and in an inventory bag that wasn’t even properly sealed, and now a mask in a plastic sandwich bag. It speaks volumes about what a Mickey Mouse operation this city and department really are.

Got a call from a buddy up north. He is part of a veterans group that does funeral details. He said they used to have boy and girl scouts walk the cemeteries the day before the ceremony and put small flags with wooden sticks on veterans' graves. But due to the Covoid crappola, they will not be doing it this year. He said he would put a flag on my dad's grave for me, and a few others he knew. He said they WILL do their ceremony no matter what.
Funny how you could march a dozen boy/girl scouts through a Walmart with 300 other people, but not walk through acres of a nicely mowed cemetery.
