Joke of a "Prosecution"

For those unfamiliar with the case, this is the naked woman stealing a squad car in 011 and running over the cop with the  squad car:

• There was supposed to be an update if Temple was fit to stand trial but the cook county states attorney sent the subpoena to the wrong hospital for her medical records , so an evaluation could not be completed . This caused yet another delay . When I first started this ordeal about 14 months ago , I accepted that this was an uphill battle . There is absolutely no worse feeling in the world sitting in court and watching the woman who almost killed you being treated like a victim and you are just an afterthought. But I will be back in court on oct 12 and I will oush myself to every appearance until this is done

It is obvious to anyone with half-a-brain that Crimesha's office is dragging this out as long as possible, waiting until either the Officer doesn't show up in court or there's enough people not paying attention to where she can drop case like she attempted to drop the Juicy prosecution.

The only two facts that matter....and they're both on POD camera:

• she stole a squad car
• she ran over a police officer

You want to argue mitigation or mental illness, that's for the defense to present.

The sheer incompetence and reluctance to prosecute a slam-dunk case here is appalling, but when you have a piece of shit states attorney acting like an additional defense lawyer, this is what you get.
