You Can't Film Here
This one made us smile - Not Safe for Work!
Even the NYPD Officer knew exactly what was up and just stood by smiling. We don't know what the NYPD equivalent of the "First Amendment Investigations" General Order is, but this Officer obviously knew it frontwards and backwards. Well done.
And bravo to the citizen for explaining so well how public sidewalks are not subject private property / private security interference. He barely avoided a giant payout, no doubt to his chargrin, because he was working hard for it.

How come he can say that “word” but I can’t ???
Obviously the videographer was a Persyn of Color. He was able to freely express himself with the N-word.
I lost track of how many times a colloquial term was used when addressing African Americans during the exchange between the citizens. Kudos to the officer for conducting himself in the right course of non-action.
Not understanding the constitution is not unique to migrants but the security staff and progressives (who were born here) in general.
They behave as though nobody else has rights but them.
They should be renamed the party of spoiled brats.
Good work by the LEO to stay out of it, since Mr. N-Word was on a public sidewalk.
I guess they didn’t know the law and got their feelings hurt. It took all these camera people to get the word out you can film from where you can legally be on the public way.
Security was way off base.
I wonder what NGO was running the show ?
My only criticism of that officer was when asked of his badge number and name, then he should have just said professionally: "officer x, star number 1234".
Whenever someone is filming us, always behave as a professional. I've had people film me and I gave my name, badge number and beat number. The guy filming me asked me several questions and I answered them and then he left.
The end result of a fine public school education/indoctrination into ignorant bliss.
How long will it take before some piece of shit lawmakers proposes making that language a violation of the law?
Probably NEVER
Double standards for them.
Heard the "N word" how many times? Well, I have my "privilege," ya know.
To officer, "Ah don no ha to reed (read, Reid)" (as in Joy...)
Well, there you go. Welcome to diversity...as long as it only goes one way.
We are all equal, but some are more equal than others, for sure!
As soon as he said, “before I knock you the fuck out” he could have been arrested.
it's okay for them to call each other the N word
I see the camera man started talking a bit tougher when the police were on the scene. But, security has no legal right to confront anyone outside of their building and on the public way. I recall when a security manager at Northwestern Hospital tackled someone on the public sidewalk. It cost the hospital a lot of money.
As I said, last week, this is a great training video
No idea why the security guards even came out to talk to the fool. Poor training. However, I believe he threatened the first security guard with bodily harm starting, “before I knock you the fuck out.” Still isn’t worth it because the fool will still be victim because they will say no one should have been bothering him about filming in the first place.
What’s the only thing missing from that video? WASP’s!! Oh well. Enjoy your urban hell hole savages.
The exception used to be "fighting words" but I guess that's gone too.
The law must be amended to address someone this aggressive
Facebook is full of videos of these slip and fall guys attmepting to provoke Police into arrest so they can file frivoulous lawsuits and collect .. We need trunk monkeys to call upon
Some of these guards are probably illegals themselves. Definitely power trippers and ignorant fools. The cop was great and so was the videographer. All this shit will be here in Shitcago sooner than you think.
1st Amendment issue aside, we can see how this illegal alien thing is starting to affect the Democrats bottom line. They might not get the votes they were expecting from this demographic in 2024.
He was very crude.
Nicely done.
I'm all for freedom of speech, great, but doesn't "I'm finn'a knock some people out" convey a threat? Isn't "finn'a" an indication of intent? Or is it more like "wanna", as in "like to"? Sorry, I'm a little behind on my street thug colloquialisms.
All those crazy white extremists
The security at 311 South Wacker Drive does this occasionally. Always fun to tell them to go fuck themselves.

In this country we have the Bill of Rights that does eventually protect us. But, in the UK and in Canada they actually do have laws against what they call provocative speech or hate speech and you can be arrested.
