Travel Advisory: Jamaica
Jamaica is outpacing Chicago homicides almost three-to-one:
- According to statistics published by the Jamaica Constabulary Force, the nation — which has a population of about 2.8 million — had recorded 65 homicides between Jan. 1 and Jan. 27 of this year. While that represents a significant drop from the same period the previous year, when there were 81 homicides, the number of shootings and people injured in crimes increased this January compared to last. The data show a major drop in the number of recorded rapes in January 2024 compared to the previous year.
A gang infested third world nation of 2.8 million compared to a gang infested $hithole city of (including illegals) around 2.8 million.
Per HeyJackass.com, Chicago only has 27 killings in January (pending any updates), and that's below the running average of 43, give or take a few.
Going to have to step it up people (and folks).

65 homicides that they know about and admit to. It is an island country. Easy to drop a body in the ocean. So there is maybe another dozen they don't know about.
Are there any factors? Like demographics?

When I was in Jamaica years ago a local businessman asked me what I thought Jamaica should do to improve its economy. I thought about it and said they should teach the young Jamaicans to play baseball instead of cricket. He laughed in my face.
When you want the truth about crime in any part of the world go to the British Home Office. They are telling their citizens to avoid this shit hole island. Guests are being robbed and raped in the gated hotels by employees. The police do not respond or are slow to respond and they fail to prosecute. I would not go to there is it was free.
