Don't Park in the South Loop
As if tourists needed another reason not to visit Chicago:
- Thieves have stolen at least 20 vehicles parked on the south end of
the Loop this month, Chicago police said in a community alert on Sunday.
The thieves target unattended cars parked on streets and in parking garages. CPD says the thieves have broken side windows to gain entry to almost all of the cars.
Detectives have publicly linked 20 auto thefts to the crime pattern...
CWB lists times and addresses of all the thefts.
Anyone have the numbers for the year as compared to last?

If they were attended cars then they would have been carjacked and probably dead, so it's a win win for braindead johnstone and laviticus smelling
I used to park over there 20 years ago. Then they filled up that disaster of urban planning over there with section 8. You could see the change, every week there was window glass in the lot. Shame, it was a cheap place for a good long while. As I had to save my own money I needed every dime...
It's the illegal aliens operating out of Pritizker park. Fuck Joe Biden
Use a Divvy bike instead.
Imagine that. Who would ever have guessed that would happen in the south loop where all those nice people stay.
That's why I drive a pick-up truck. "They, who ruin everything" don't seem to be attracted to carjacking or stealing trucks.
Are they all Kias? Would be nice to know.
Part of the south side would anyone expect anything different
20 cars and it's only 2 day into the month?
Another reason not to go to the Loop/South Loop. The business community suffers for Conehead and Democrats consistent failures. Too bad for you. Leave or get together and kick their asses out of office. The Democratic destruction of the city is on their timetable. The business community can't muster their collective act to push back. Frankly, the business community deserves what it gets. They roll over like a dog.
Just don't go to the Loop at all, problem solved.
OT: The IL secretary of state is selling our info to companies that sell weed. I got flyer in the mail this past weekend with my name on it that appears exactly like it does on my DL.
