This Guy

After holding guns for the latin kings as a juvenile, after covering for his father running a fake ID scam over on 26th Street from which the latin kings made upwards of 30K a week running protection rackets, after threatening citizens who came to his ward office to complain and those who dared to mount a campaign against him, after his father's Foto Estudio Munoz burned down under mysterious circumstnaces, the feebs finally entangled him in a wire fraud case.

And he still can't walk the straight an narrow:

  • Federal prosecutors want a judge to revoke former Ald. Ricardo Munoz’s supervised release in his wire fraud case and sentence him to up to nine more months in prison after he was allegedly caught driving drunk earlier this year.

Munoz was arrested in May after he “slow-rolled” into another car in Berwyn and was found slumped over the wheel of own his car with a half-empty bottle of rum on the front passenger seat, according to a motion filed in federal court on Monday.

Prosecutors said they plan to play police body camera footage from his arrest on Thursday during a scheduled hearing on the motion before U.S. District Judge John Kness. “Fortunately, no one was hurt,” prosecutors said in the filing, noting the arrest happened in the afternoon at a busy intersection in the west suburb.

Medical records showed Munoz had a blood alcohol level of 0.30 — more than three times the legal limit, prosecutors said. The DUI case is pending in Cook County traffic court.

How the mightily loud and obnoxious have fallen.

OK, I might have list track.

He's been convicted twice, in different scams?

Now he screws up parole because he drove drunk?

Two words: UBER!

Ricky was f*cked up!!!

SCC forgot to include the jagoff used to beat his wife and was arrested numerous times for tossing her around.

The whole Munoz family is crooked and corrupt as his brother Carlos Munoz (CPS principal) used to funnel money to the LKs with bullshit vendor invoices at Amundsen HS and the Infinity Math & Scuence Academy HS in brother Ricardo's ward. Amundsen was one corrupt CPS school with him as principal.

Carlos had a huge a painting of Don Quixote in his Amundsen office for all to see when they met with him.

Question is does Ricky aka Lil' Ricky in his gang days, draw a pension from the city?

Cook County Traffic Court will plea bargain this case down to "reckless driving", no jail time and double secret probation!

I have seen that happen many times in my 30 years of police before I retired, in my D.U.I. cases in Daley Center Traffic Court, Room 404.

That is why I stopped doing D.U.I. arrests as not worth the headaches of dealing with drunk drivers especially on body cameras, which arrests can go sideways during an arrest and that is supposed to protect us police officers, but really do not as al ot of people want to second guess a split second decision during an arrest take down!

Well let's not forget that lil Richie Daley was the guy who appointed this gang banger to a seat on the Chicago City Council when the seat opened up with Chuy Garcia’s election to the state senate. Another awesome decision courtesy of the Daley clan.
