Magnificent Mile—a woman and a 15-year-old girl, court records show.
Despite his history and the fact that he is on parole for the exact same
thing, William Livingston was only charged with misdemeanors.
Maybe if he threw a Big Gulp on someone, the state would take it more seriously.

IDOC shares some of the blame though:
Cops arrested him, IDOC decided not to hold him for a parole review, and he was released on a recognizance bond, according to court filings. IDOC subsequently changed its mind and Livingston was sent back to prison about ten days after the Mag Mile attack.
He wasn’t in prison for long, though. IDOC records show they released him again on January 26, still four months earlier than his original parole date.
We certainly wonder what it takes for democrats to hold criminals accountable for their crimes. We're willing to bet substantial money that Crimesha's Root Beer Assailant serves his full sentence whenever it is handed down.

the good old fighting 016 encountered another offender wanted for that same crime on the blue line AND he actually kicked at and spit on responding POs.

Hopefully he sues cook county states attorneys office & gets a pay out for malicious prosecution for a misdemeanor charge. He at no time used any terminology that was inappropriate & gets railroaded by crook county states attorneys.

IDOC is completely useless. If arrest a parolee you have to call the 800 number and notify them that you have a parolee in custody. I’d say less that 5 percent of the time they will issue a warrant. Another cog in the wheel of Justice that does nothing.
And again the bs media fails to have stories like this in the news.
