Who they kidding? Most of the kids can’t read. And the ones who can read will see through the bs. And remember CPS just hands out A’s and B’s just to push kids through the system. You will not prevent CTU from installing communist trash into positions of power. You just won't. The machine is too strong and there simply aren't enough good people left in Chicago to overcome the the complicity of most and the indifference of others in the overall electorate.
The material shown here is just another advertisement for private school or, even better, homeschooling. I voted for a candidate endorsed by the charter schools. Even though Brandon and CTU engineered this election so they would still have control of the board, I wanted to support school choice. The elections will be more meaningful next time. Not being very educated, Brandon and the CTU don't understand that capitalism always wins and socialism always loses. It may take a while, but it will happen and Brandon/CTU will be thrown onto the ash heap of Chicago history.

Years ago I worked with a detective who had lived in a suburb with her kids before she got on the job. She had family in Chicago she stayed with until she got her shit together. She rented a place and moved her mom into her house in the suburbs with her kids. She was never too far from her kids and often spent her evenings there and went to her apartment for the night. Her weekends were her own. All of this is acceptable and within department guidelines. The last FOP president did the same thing. If you can find a couple of good people you can split the rent. By the time her kids went off to college she sold the house quite easily, pocketed the money AND GOT THE FUCK OUT OF CHICAGO.

When you pay attention to what actually happened in the cases where police or Zimmerman killed a "black child," instead of believing the bullshit pushed by the media, you'll realize that they were all criminals, actively involved in their criminal activity, when they were killed. Aside from whether or not you agree with the content, look at the syntax. The syntax is completely wrong i.e., starting a sentence with “or.” These kids are never going to learn how to read or write because the quality of education they are receiving is sub par. That’s a much bigger problem long term. CTU teachers should be paid 60k and that’s being generous due to cost of living. A freshman at New Trier is better educated than 80-90% of the CTU and for sure can do a higher level of math. The teachers at CTU probably cant even pass the Chinese college entrance exams.
As for Brandon Johnson, I wonder how many of his students that didnt go home with homework are successful? He was probably too stupid to create material, and too lazy to correct his students’ homework. The city gives preference to CPS grads because no one else will hire them or retain them long term.

Today I had to meet up with my sons school nurse at a CPS school. As I was in the front office waiting area, the front office secretary had her laptop open and the top of her laptop was littered with lots of stickers, which included: black lives matter, a V is for Vendetta mask, death to racist cops, the A/anarchist symbol, and much more. I'm sure if I walked in with my Trump hat on, security would make me stand in the hail for being offensive. My son also verified that the picture post saying that Trump is racist, is definitely discussed. My son's civics teacher we believe is quietly conservative. Why can't they just teach neutral material?!
