Porky Goes to Washington
Three of the largest failures as governor are headed to DC:
Gov. JB Pritzker has agreed to testify before the Republican-led U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on June 12 alongside New York Gov. Kathy Hochul and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz over their states’ immigration policies.
Pritzker initially received a request from Rep. James Comer, R-Ky, chairman of the congressional committee, in March, and had repeatedly told reporters he was evaluating whether he would participate in a May 15 hearing. But on Tuesday, Pritzker’s office said he would “voluntarily appear” before the committee on June 12 “to discuss his track record on public safety and the implementation of bipartisan state laws.”
In his statement announcing the governors’ confirmed appearances, Comer accused Illinois, Minnesota and New York of “actively seeking to obstruct federal immigration enforcement.”
Of course, this is all merely theater. Until they start arresting and prosecuting government officials for defying enforcement of Federal Law, it's merely a platform to browbeat the "opposition." That all three of these governors are potential candidates for the 2028 Election is just more performative art.
If the roles were reversed, you can bet dems would be warming up jail cells and gas chambers for the opposition.

Don't elected officials take an oath of office to uphold the laws of both the state and federal government at the onset of their elected terms?
So actually working against those laws should be grounds to terminate their term?

Many of us voted for President Trump so far a lot of talk a lot of nonsense being said where are the arrests I know it takes time, but it must be done soon. The Democrats are treasonous. They do whatever they want to destroy this country and they continue to do it the state of Illinois the city of Chicago Chicago, this crooked county they are done unless we get real reformed. There are a lot of good people left here. However, this is one of the top states people are getting out of here as rapidly as possible.
At least now you know why the 8 people killed by crazy drivers recently all had the driver shielded by "a medical emergency." You think he's going before Congress with that over his head?

I agree, we are all anxious to see indictments and incarceration for the people that caused this mess. This will not happen, however, until all of the leftist, prosecutors and judges are flushed out and gotten rid of. Further, the timing of the indictments are critical. I suspect we will start to see some things happening right before the midterms to ensurethat Trump gets the Senate and the Congress that will go along with his long-term plans. He foundation is being built so that we can start over as a constitutional republic. The cancerous leftists must be rooted out in order for this to happen. Be patient.
