Another "Out of Bond" Offender

Whoever ends up running against Porkulous ought to make this a mainstay of the campaign:

  • A gunfight between two men outside a Chicago public high school during afternoon dismissal in January involved an 18-year-old who was on felony pretrial, officials said during a detention hearing for the accused man.

No injuries were reported during the January 22 incident, which forced administrators to put Austin College and Career Academy High School on an hour-long lockdown, prosecutors said.

Nehemiyah Santiago, 18, is charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm toward a school and aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon. The second gunman is not identified in court filings and it is unclear if he has been charged.

Do you remember what used to keep offenders from re-offending?

  • being in custody

And if they offended while in custody, no one really cared because they were committing crimes against other inmates, who were most likely offenders in different crimes.

Self cleaning oven.

Even Dart didn't care. He just had the jail people hose away the mess and lock everyone down for a weekend.

The core problem is no one on the Left, the demorats, don’t give a shit about solving a problem they purposely created. Just getting rid of Fatass isn’t enough, it’s a start, but the House and Senate in Springfield also has to be flipped; otherwise the General Assembly can override republican governor veto with three fifths vote in both houses. The Dems have created a perpetual state of chaos. We can arrest these shitheads till the cows come home, but the revolving door is there to thwart our efforts. The demorats have created the political climate which benefits them; while the police and citizens get the shit end of the deal. Make the best of what you have on this job, raise a good family and be there for your grandkids. Hopefully that’s the difference that sparks the needed change.

You would think violence interrupters, of all the places they should make an appearance, a high school at dismissal would be one. That is, if they're really out there interrupting anything and not just running through that grant money.

Do not recall exactly what I was watching over weekend, but it was on streaming for sure. Anyway some guy running for governor ran at least 3 ads, nothing about crime or illegals, same commercial about taxing the working family to death. Guy looked like one of the CPD Dets in The Fugitive

Well if I understand the former CCSA, inmate on inmate crime would be considered mutual combatants, so no harm, no foul. Oh no I'm wrong that shouldn't happen in jail, mutual combatant crimes need to happen on the streets of crook county.

I may be wrong but I know at one time the Sheriffs Department housed their State Mandated Annual Forty Hour Training commonly referred to as In-Service in some vacant classrooms at that school. The school purportedly had metal detectors and security then. I know this was quite awhile back but it brings me to my question, how then did the “unidentified individual Exit The School, Draw A Firearm AND Return Fire”? Asking for a friend.

SCC, I agree IF possible, kindly give us the strategy; i.e. to pull a Dem ticket to vote 'against' the worst of their choices OR pull a Rep ticket and join collectively for someone who is the best choice against a Dem opponent.
This years 'primary' voting has a more difficult strategy than in the past, so a collaborative aggregate is in order to address this issue. An 'informed' recommendation would be appreciated by everyone, I'm sure. Thank You!

Worked at Austin HS approx 5 years ago for a few weeks, at that time had enrollment of 450 in a building built for approx 3000 students.
Entire 4th floor closed off.
Enrollment currently 147.
Right down the street (approx 3 blocks) from Austin is Douglas HS - the most under-enrolled school in CPS.
Parents are abandoning CPS - and 'white flight' cannot be blamed anymore.

OT: Where is the media regarding our beloved sanctuary city of Shitcago on this little gem. Those big bad ICE agents arrested another potential Democrat free loading voter by the name of Juan Leonardo Alvarado-Gonzalez, a fine citizen of Guatemala residing in Coneheads sanctuary city. It appears Juan was previously convicted of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. Another fine addition to a neighborhood near you. Be sure to thank a Democrat.

Go figure. A felony pre-trial release criminally justice involved person who violates the sanctity of an esteemed institution of highest learning, Austin College and Career Academy (ACCA). There is an election on the horizon and we need to start voting out similar judges like Judge Robert Kuzas (D), a former Chicago Police Officer. And don't blame the Safe-T-Act statutory requirements party obedient judges as democrats routinely do what they want when the want in the courtroom via the bench. Just look at the in your face disregard of federal immigration law. And don't forget their uniform disregard for law enforcement and more importantly public safety.

If this pre trial release assault-weapon possessing offender would have successfully conducted a mass shooting at a public school, how would elected democrats and six figure bureaucrat school officials in conjunction with media operatives spin the blame on the duly elected President Trump. Somehow a link between reduced government funding and violence by felons released again and again by a democrat judicial monopoly will certainly be blamed on the non-democrat, duly elected President. And then broadcast the party line over and over again nationwide in the progressive news and talk show outlets conditioning the gullible and ignorant uninformed dupes. A fair and just judicial candidate election or candidate selection. Not in Cook County's name under a democrat party monopoly.
