Coast to Coast - New Link

A retired LAPD cop has started a blog. Wait until the bosses get a load of this photo accompanying one of his stories:

25 mph electric scooter! We predict the bosses will want a bunch of these suckers. Better get in on the ground floor early boys and girls and find the politically connected company that might be selling these to the city. Or if you are politically connected, start drafting a proposal.

No way in hell im getting on one of those. The wheel base is way to short to be stable at 35mph.

Cant remeber what the City ordinance is, but if a bicycle isnt allowed on the sidewalk....

Just how many IOD's have there been?

I heard one female from 018 is on disability cause of it. Tore her right shoulder up so bad shes lost 75% mobility.

Let's go balls out!

Any RANT links for Philly, Detroit, Houston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Baltimore, D.C., Denver, etc.?

Maybe even throw in Wichita and Knoxville for politically incorrect horror stories.

God bless the First Amendment and the Internet!

Those late rapids on third watch in 025 always dog it. If one of them makes an arrest they all go down it. 4 cars on one head? Then their sgt. pulls these seatbelt checks just before the early cars get off so his guys won't get jobs.

I thought I posted about seeing these being tested about 3 or 4 months ago and ranting about how the dept. is wasting more money. Maybe I meant to and never got around to it or maybe i posted anonymously so can't find it via google search. Anyway, I can verify the poster that has seen them at 001. I saw them at 51st/Wentworth being test driven by P.O.s with Dept. brass/suits watching in Dec. or Jan.

Um, maybe you should go to his office and tell him to his face. Then he will rip yours off and throw your fat ass out the window. No CRs. He is a real cop, unlike you one bag big talking douche bag wannabes. I know, I worked with him years ago. He hasn't changed much. So go ahead. Tell him yourself, if your are man enough.

Didn't we stop using the 3-wheeled hondas because they were unsafe?

No way should anyone get on one of those.
