More Bad Publicity
- Chicago Police are warning seniors about a financial scam involving phony law enforcement officers.
In the scam, offenders call victims saying they are in law enforcement, such as a Chicago Police officer or FBI agent, according to a release from Belmont Area detectives.
Various ruses are uses such as asking the victim's assistance in helping catch counterfeiters who have scammed one of the victims' relatives. They ask the victim to provide serial numbers of U.S. currency they are in possession of. Offenders also claim someone is using the victim's credit cards and ask the victim to participate in a sting operation, the release said.
People like this really just ought to be shot as a matter of course and their bodies left on display as a warning to others. Just like that sub human excrement drowning her own child.
