A bunch of people are saying that the post yesterday was absolute BS. That someone wouldn't out themselves so specifically with their work history. That no one could have been standing so close to the door to actually hear J-Fed making these bizarre pronouncements.
No duh.
That's why we put that little tag at the bottom labeled "rumors."
Every good rumor has a grain of truth to it though. We're now six months into a thirty-six-month odyssey with a former fed who has ZERO personality, actively avoids contact with Officers and Supervisors, promises to "look into" situations then never does, and surrounds himself with some of the worst clout jockeys who ever knob-jobbed their way into a promotion.

Chasen forced out, in the Scum Times today, called out Peterson at City Council and pays the price. Chasen was a jagoff but this goes to show you what kind of administration we are dealing with. Now OT: Every year around this time we have a huge picknick/barbaque in a forest preserve. In the past years we always purchased all our water, beer and food just down the street at a Chicago store. This year we went to Dupage County to get the supplies. We bought 200 cases of water, lots of liquore and a truck load of groceries along with many other things. I'm not sure what we saved in taxes buy going to Dupage but I know its a lot. I'm sure we saved a lot just on the water tax in Chicago. It felt great to avoid the big tax corrupt gov. in chicago and crook county. These fools just don't get it! Taxes slows growth! I know what we bought outside the county was small, but I'm sure others are doing it too and I suggest we all go elsewhere for our things.
What is most telling about this clown is that he believes the rank and file aren't doing anything because he is a Fed. The truth is that people aren't doing anything because he is an asshole!

We are faced with the toughest strange hold ever of rising crime that IS out of control here in Chicago. A few days ago da mayor and his alderpimps claimed poor. Today they promoted five bosses to the next level of exemptness...only to replace their old spots with more junior exempt jackasses.
Meanwhile they are asking us to give up 3 unpaid days.

J-Clown is taking the longest path of failure going from worst to hell. Most of us have been to hell and back. But, will the voting taxpayers put up with an “out of control” police department and “out of control” taxes?
Let me tell you...adding more police managers ain’t the solution to addressing crime and disorder or our moral[e] problems with this dept. The problem with this dept is that it is over managed to the point of Gross negligence. An example of this mismanagement is how the Taste of Chicago was handle by too many inexperienced bosses who can’t make decisions.
What we need to do most importantly is to hire and promote more police officers, detectives, sergeants and a few lieutenants. It is the grunts doing the work that keep the public safe. Not management.
Do any of you know what middle management does? Start with a useless division of labor. They use up resources like salaries that could be used to hire or promote more grunts, they remove police officers and supervisors from the streets to do administrative nonsense work creating more fucking useless paperwork. They are the go between moving paperwork upwards and downwards from the bureau deputies to the street. We have about ninety-three exempt positions on the dept. Half of them by Sam Zell’s standards would be eliminated in a heart beat. City Hall just keeps filling every management position but NEVER the lower and BADLY needed ranks.
Exposed to the entire city the real intent of this mayor.

Do any of you actually know Steve Wilkos? I certainly wouldn't consider him a friend, but I've met him several times....nice guy. He has never bragged about being the "real police" (to me anyway).
