Find the Evidence and Prosecute
A San Francisco police union has accused former domestic terrorist William Ayers, co-founder of the Weather Underground, and his wife in a 1970 bombing that killed one sergeant, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
The union, in a letter to a conservative organization lobbying for arrests in the case, accused Ayers and wife Bernardine Dohrn of bombing a city police station.
On Feb. 16, 1970, a bomb placed on a window ledge of Park Station killed Sgt. Brian McDonnell and injured eight other officers, the Chronicle reported.
What was it Ayers said about his acquittal on other bombing charges? "Guilty as sin, free as a bird — what a country, America." Of course, in San Francisco, they'll probably give him a medal and a statue. And a pardon from Washington DC.

There is always evidence. Developments in technology can bring evidence to light that wasn't possible in '70 or '92. Someone knows who did the bombing and any involvement Ayers and Dohrn had in the bombing. That person, or persons, may be located and convinced to tell what he/she/they know.
Pointless? A murder investigation is never pointless, I don't care who the subect is. The family, friends, and fellow officers of the SFPD sergeant who died deserve justice.
Just my non-police opinion, of course.

If Ayers is convicted in a California state court, BOOBAMA cannot pardon him only the governor of California. THe President's pardoning powers only apply to crimes committed against the United States. Well, anyway too bad Ayers will never be brought to justice.

Chicago’s Independent Police Review Authority is investigating a confrontation between a police officer and bus passenger after video of the incident was posted on the Internet by the co-founder of the city’s chapter of ‘Copwatch,’ an activist network that observes police activity and reports abuses of power.

To deal with these Copwatch buttfucks just have one officer or a citizen who appreciates the police to stand directly in front of the lense of the video camera. If the asshole moves to get of a view the officers doing their jobs then the person moves with them. They have a 1st Amendment right to video but we can legally obstruct their view by standing in front of them, get as close as you can and dont touch them or say anything to them. This will make them fucking pissed because their tattle-tail show wont give them any good footage.

They won, plain and simple. They were voted into office by a majority of citizens that share their values and morals. There is definately a tradition in Chicago if not in this Republic of having former terrorists and agitators elected/serving in public office.
