FOP Picnic Trolls?
The FOP Picnic is coming up 08 July at Gaelic Park beginning at 1000.
We don't know how the park is set up - the flyer says you have to show ID to enter the park. We don't know if it's fenced in or walls or what. The reason we bring this up is that two people have written us to say that the creatures from CopWatchChicago are having some sort of gathering at Gaelic Park at 0900 hours the same day.
We don't know if this is a bad rumor, a provocation, or god forbid, an actual event. We have a heard time believing in coincidences, so our only theory is that, if true, they're looking to catch cops acting less than perfect and driving after a few beverages. They might also be provoking reactions with cameras nearby to capture all the footage for news stations, similar to what was tried at the recent 1968 reunion.

Copwatch was in 010 tonight in a march that went to the station regarding the shooting last night. Funny how these same people were silent last week when less then 200 feet from them was the scene of a man getting shot 16 times by 4 black men who the police chased for 7 miles. but it's all the police fault.

Gaelic Park is fenced in with a "controlled" entrance.
Big gravel parking lots to the east. Paved parking lot around their main building.
It is private property. They can tell the CopWatch filmsters to get off said property. They can be forced to film from the street.
Schedule some womens Rugby at the same time as the pic a nic. They'll terrify CopWatch. Hell, they scare me. That'll keep Yogi Bear and Boo Boo away too.
The Park is either in Oak Forest or unincorporated Cook County with an Oak Forest addy.

Copwatch is not allowed to film an officer with his family or children.
If an officer's significant other or children suspect or have reason to suspect that they are being filmed in a public or private place by a person or persons unknown, and they suspect that person's intent is to subject them to harrassment because of their parent's employment in law enforcement,
they should call 911, have the person filming them picked up, detained, and questioned, referred to Federal Authority, sign a complaint, and file a civil suit.
btw. This could take at least 48 hours to sort out, especially on a weekend.
Federal law and case law support this course of action.
Who has a really smart 9 year old child and a significant other who can stand up?
Which whiteshirt knows his ILCS and Homeland Security Act ?

See a good piece of information and forum base for a good discussion and some "bitter jag-off copper" wants to air out his hatred for other coppers. "Quit the job, you stroke"! Got news for you, wherever you go in this world there will always be people that rub you the wrong way. But, on this "job" we don't need "insiders" trying to destroy us, we obviously have enough "outsiders" trying to do it! And yeah everyone @ MSF are "clowns" and there are no "clowns" where you work? I know everyone there all get right amount of coffee and puts away all their office supplies in a orderly fashion, the stapler is always in the right spot when you get to your desk, huh? But, you know when you do finally venture out in the street and for that one time a month you have to do, these "Clowns" (including this one) will still have your back when some dirtbag wants to kick your ass or take shots at you! Thye department will not get involved in photographing Copwatch they do not want to open that can of worms. We have to do it ourselves, so that at an event like this our Security can walk up to these trolls and ask them to leave or lock them up for tresspassing.
At this event, we need signs that this is a private gathering and that anyone not associated or invited is trespassing.
I hope that busload of drunken Hibernian, ass-kicking, bricklaying uncles I share a surname with made it to the park before the fans left. I spent all of yesterday getting them riled up about the English bastards that were fockin' with the police and all of Ireland too. Cost me a fortune in cold beverages.
