First-you're probably some desk jockey with a dunlap sitting in your basement on your kids computer on your sixth pabst.
Secondly-you haven't seen Skahill lately- she's lost a ton of weight and looks great. Back in the day, she was a great street copper. Everyone in the old deuce had bets she'd be the first female superintendent.
Thirdly- and more importantly-so what- she got depressed and got help. After 25 years on this job and of watching family, coworkers and friends suffer through depression and sometimes, without anyone seeing how bad of problem they had- choosing suicide. I appauld and support anyone brave enough to get help. We've lost too many coppers way before their time to make jokes about someone being brave enough to admit they need help and seek it.
You, you miserable moron, are the exact reason there is such a stigma about getting help on this job.

Yes, his Old Administrative Lieutenant turned Captain Mc Naughton will be Commander of the 016th District. He was also Asst. Supt. Beatrice Cuello's Admim. Lieutenant. And the Mayor brought Jfed in to stop the Good Old Boy game. Jfed is King of it. He has all of his people from the FBI surrounding him here on CPD. The Newspaper today listed all the CPD old bosses that have a pension and that are working City Jobs still. What about all the Federal Agents Superintendent Jodi Weis brought in with him? How come they are not listed?
All of Dugan's staff has that same fucked up asshole personality just like him. You are either in or out, no in between. I guess he will come here and bring in the extra personality we need. Yeah right!
