- Mayor Daley's press secretary Jacquelyn Heard lashed out at the media Tuesday in a matter that involves her and not the mayor.
The story involves drugs allegedly being sold from a home that Heard and her husband own and rent out on West Adams. It was raided in May.
Two people were arrested, and marijuana and heroin were seized.
Tuesday, Heard implied that the media handling of the story is a way to get even with her for, as she put it, calling out people who write unfair headlines about the mayor
And maybe the media is awakening from it's slumber, noticing that popular opinion is rising markedly against the mayor and his royal ways, and that if they want to remain solvent entities, they better do the job they were tasked to do and have been neglecting for over 20 years while Shortshanks drives this town into the dirt.

Yes, there are many rental properties in town. The point is, for people like yourself that can't comprehend, did Madam mouth piece receive thr same city scrutny that you or I would receive? ie. Citations, deluge of city inspectors, etc.

I hope they prioritize the " bureau of forestry " I sent a request for some tree trimming, the trees are old and every time we get bad weather or a lot of rain the branches break off causing damage to vehicles. So the truck pulls up and a car. I believe the guy in the car was the boss he got out looked at the sky then he got a cell phone call which he was on it for about 10 minutes talking personal business while the other three mopes sat in the truck. 1 was the "driver" 1 was the "laborer" 1 the "trimmer" and one I think was there to fill another seat I think he was sleeping. So after about 15-20 minutes the labor and trimmer get out and trim one tree ( not on the tree that was called on, that one is young and healthy ) then sat in there truck for 5 more minutes and the laborer gets out of the truck and rings the bell to ask if they called and wanted there tree trimmed ( mind you this tree has a lot of low hanging branches and is in front of the street light which at night shadows the street light ) well the woman that lives there doesn't speak English so see just shook her head I THOUGHT THE TREES ON THE PARKWAY ARE CONTROLED BY CITY ??? " the fuckin laborer ran down the stairs almost falling while jumping back in the truck the "driver already started the truck and away they went blowing thru the stop sign. So every time the branches fall on a car and damage it I give the neighbor the " 311" tree trimming request for them to put into their claim forms. so you have lazy ass laborers not wanting to do their job which in turns costs us more in pay outs. Cline was well intentioned at first and for the police as well. Then the power went to his head and he started promoting guys like Merit Murphy, Merit Masterson, Ears Cronin and the like I lost all respect for him.

"I had a doctors appointment at the local VA clinic yesterday and found something very interesting I would like to pass along.. While going through triage before seeing the doctor, I was asked at the end of the exam, three questions:
(1. Did I feel stressed?)

The nurse then informed me, if I had answered yes to any of the questions, I would have lost my concealed carry permit as it would have gone into my medical records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland Security. I am a Viet Nam vet and 15 year cc permit holder. Looks like they are going after us vets.

Don't feel bad I have a tree that split-ted in half and it fell on top of my tenants car about three months ago,during the real bad thunderstorm.I have called 311 about dozen times I also have called the Aldermans office and still waiting to be removed.
I hope the other half falls on a GANG-BANGERs head so it would kill him and hold the fucking city liable for their fucking stupidity=laziness and negligence

Lets see if they send out the Strategic Task Force to the property and write her ass up for dust molecules where they shouldn't be (at a potential fine of $500/day per violation).Thats what happens to regular shmoes.I own properties and yes, you will get a tenant to slip through the cracks in your credit/background check and do something illegal, but you will get shit rained on you from the city.
BTW, how long did her eviction take?With no appeals from the tenant(and there will be multiple appeals)its about 2 to 3 months. The sheriff will take another two months to come out and actually evict the tenant.Of course in the meantime, not a thing you can do to keep them from destroying your building.
